AQUIS STOCK EXCHANGE

Incanthera (INC) is acquiring skincare brand Enielle for up to 54 million shares at 2p each depending on performance and its owner and boss Stuart Robertson will become Incanthera chief executive, taking over from Dr Simon Ward who will remain on the board. Tim McCarthy is stepping down as executive chairman. Enielle focuses on day time treatment of wrinkles and skin texture and it will fit with Skin + CELL, which is focused on evening use. There will be a multi-channel sales strategy and pricing is being reviewed.

Mendell Helium (MDH) has revealed its plans for the move to AIM. This is expected to happen in late June. No new shares will be issued.

Tomahawk Metals (TMHK) has completed the acquisition of the Koolyanobbing gold project in Western Australia. Progress is being made with due diligence for the option over Slovakian assets.

Low-energy digital asset miner Sterling Digital (ASIC) has entered into a contract with Terra Solis Mining for installation support for the first gas to energy site. Sterling Digital has opened a Bitcoin custodian account with Coinbase.

Quantum computing technology developer Delta Gold Technologies (DGQ) partner Penn State University has filed three patent applications, and these will be added to the Delta IP portfolio. The patents relate to using gold and other materials for their quantum mechanical properties for sensing, computing and information processing. Warrant exercises have raised £209,000. Directors have been buying shares.

Heart health ingredients developer ProBiotix Health (PBX) has secured a partnership with Slovakia-based iProbio for the supply of its probiotic strain LPLDL® for a new cardiometabolic health food supplement branded as CARDIObiom+®. Heat disease deaths in Slovakia are around 50% higher than the EU average.

Vaultz Capital (V3TC) is raising £1m from resources investor Regent Resources Capital Corporation at 2.2p/share. Creditors owed £320,000 will be paid. Vaultz Capital is assessing deals “aligned with the energy transition and digital economy, including strategic minerals, AI and digital infrastructure”. Eric Benz has had his employment terminated and he is no longer a director. Ian Burns is joining the board. Executive chairman Charlie Wood bought two million shares at 2.44p each. The share price is 2.6p, compared with an estimated NAV of 3.1p.

Quorium Global Photonics SPC has reduced its stake in Valereum (VLRM) from 49.9% to 44.8%.

Sulnox Group (SNOX) announced a distribution agreement with DLBC, which supplies lubricants to agricultural and transport clients in France. This broadens the use of Sulnox emissions reduction additives.

Vault Ventures (VULT) has identified that trading by its Dubai subsidiary in crypto assets has led to large losses and the loan pf £2.15m advanced to the subsidiary will be written down. There are still potential recoveries from the business.

WeCap (WCAP) has raised £37.250 at 0.35p/share for working capital for the next six months.

BWA Group (BWAP) has appointed Peter Taylor as chief executive.

Ethry (ETHY) has bought 108.3253 Ethereum for £162,488. That takes the total stake to 925 Ethereum

EPE Special Opportunities (EO.P) announced on 1 June that it planned to buy back up to £2m worth of shares. It has bought 206,250 shares and does not intend to buy any more.

Unigel (UNX) shareholders voted to leave Aquis. Chan E Lin has taken a 6.74% stake. The cancellation will be on 22 June.

Renewable energy company Thrive Renewables (THRV) reported a decline in full year revenues from £26m to £21m, while operating profit fell from £11.3m to £3.6m. This is due to lower electricity prices. The final dividend is 12p/share. The plan is to double generation capacity by 2028.

ASSET MATCH

Isles of Scilly Steamship Company (IOS) says its new freight vessel is on its way from Vietnam. The company wants to move Skybus into profit. Trading was in line with expectations in the year to March 2026. Andrew Sells has requested access to the share register so that he can contact shareholders.

Marshall of Cambridge (MCH) has sold all its property holdings in Cambridge, including Cambridge Airport, to The Hill Group and Homes England. The airport site will be leased back so that operations can be moved by 2029. Further details will be announced.

Zytronic (ZYT) has sent out the circular to gain shareholder approval for the winding up of the company. The general meeting will be on 26 June and the company would leave Asset Match on 27 June. A cash distribution is expected within three months.

Gulfsands Petroleum (GPX) reported a cash outflow from operations of $2.89m in 2025. Net debt is $1.53m. In march 2026, a management team set foot in Block 26 in Syria for the first time in more than 14 years.

AIM

Corporate finance business Marechale Capital (MAC) is acquiring broker Stanford Capital Partners along with global asset tokenisation platform Blubird Global and NJC Capital Management VSA Private Fund and its manager. The payment is 75.2 million shares issued at 1.75p each, which values the businesses at £1.32m. There will be £1.06m raised at the same price. This will make Marechale a digital merchant bank with tokenisation offering an alternative way of raising money for clients.

Portmeirion (PMP) raised £15m at 50p/share and a retail offer could raise up to £2m more. The homeware brands company will use the cash to reduce net debt and to invest in the US Amazon online business that has been brought in-house. There could also be small bolt-on acquisitions.

Iodine producer Iofina (IOF) has secured an additional supply of brine for the IO#11 plant and this will increase utilisation rates and profit. Annual production iodine volumes could increase to 45-65 tons. Production could start to increase during the third quarter of 2026. A $1.5m investment is required for a pipeline and other related costs.

Pawnbroker Ramsdens (RFX) made a higher profit in the first half than in the previous full year. The interim pre-tax profit jumped from £6.1m to £16.7m, and interim dividend is raised from 5p/share to 9p/share – including a special dividend of 3p/share compared with 0.5p/share the previous year. The loan book is at record levels. Precious metals purchases more than doubled and jewellery retail sales grew by 26%. Forex income declined. Cavendish raised its 2025-26 pre-tax profit forecast by 6% to £30.3m.

Scotland-based housebuilder Springfield Properties (SPR) has eliminated bank debt and had net cash of £1m at the end of May 2026. This will provide opportunities to acquire additional land when there are good prospects available. Full year pre-tax profit is set to be in line with expectations at £12.6m in 2025-26.

Electronic and electro-mechanical component supplier LPA Group (LPA) returned to profit in the first half. Revenues increased 45% to £13.8m with a recovery in rail income and higher industrial sales. There was a return to profit. The order book is worth £29.3m and stretches to 2028-29.

CleanTech Lithium (CTL) has raised £4.77m via a placing at 6p/share. A proposed WRAP retail offer could raise up to £250,00. The outstanding convertible loan notes will be converted into 64.5 million shares. Chairman Steve Kesler has taken £276,273 of fees in 4.6 million shares at the issue price. The cash raised will fund licence purchase costs at Laguna Verde, finance the environmental impact assessment and refinement of the direct lithium extraction processes. Nearly 20 million options will be granted to directors and senior management as part of an incentivisation package.

Floorcoverings distributor Likewise (LIKE) has increased like-for-like revenues by 16.5% in the first five months of the year. May was 19% ahead. That is higher than the first quarter growth of 15%. Capacity is being increased and it will exceed £250m per year.

Ceramic and fragrance products supplier Portmeirion (PMP) announced a fundraising late on Wednesday evening. It raised £15m at 50p/share and a retail offer could raise up to £2m more. The homeware brands company will use the cash to reduce net debt and to invest in the US Amazon online business that has been brought in-house. There could also be small bolt-on acquisitions.

Petrogas will not be making a bid for Deltic Energy (DELT). Neo Next+ Energy Upstream, which is part of the largest North Sea oil group, has bid 7.7p in cash per share and it has been recommended by the board of the oil and gas company. The value is £7.2m.

MAIN MARKET

Seraphim Space Investment Trust (SSIT) continues to rapidly increase its NAV as its portfolio of investments matures and they start to generate revenues. In the quarter to March 2026, the NAV increased by one-quarter to 177.6p/share. Higher defence spending has boosted space investment. Many of the investments have raised money and are well-financed. The £137m raised in the C share issue provides additional funds for new investments.

AQUIS STOCK EXCHANGE

Time to ACT (TTA) says that Ruth Herbert has been appointed chief executive of EET Hydrogen and power, which is a potential client, and final investment decision for the HPP1 blue hydrogen project is due in the second half of 2026. Time to ACT has completed the acquisition of MTE Heat Treatment for £500,000.

Unigel Group (UNX) has decided it is best to leave Aquis and is asking for shareholder agreement. A general meeting is planned on 5 June.

Ian Bagnall has taken a 5.78% stake in Tomahawk Minerals (TMHK), formerly Shortwave Life Sciences. The company is concentrating on its gold and antimony, and it is planning a move to AIM.

In the first quarter of 2026, SuperSeed Capital (WWW) improved to 141p/share or 136.4p/share after notional management fee.

B HODL (HODL) has launched the Lightning Service Provider platform, which provides programmable liquidity for Bitcoin.

Quantum computing technology developer Delta Gold Technologies (LON: DGQ) pointed out a Wall Street Journal article concerning the award of up to $2bn in grants to the quantum computing sector. The company issued 28,571 shares at a warrant price of 50p each.

In the six months to February 2026, Astrid Intelligence (ASTR) had a cash outflow from operations was £612,000. There was £338,000 left in cash. Income from digital assets was £516,000, up from £20,000 in the first half of the previous year, but there was a sharp increase in operating costs. There was a £3.76m drop in the valuation of the digital assets.

Mendell Helium (MDH) has completed the acquisition of M3 Helium and Paul Mendell, who has a 9.37% stake, has been appointed technical director.

Arbuthnot Banking (ARBB) made a strong start to the year and loan balances edged up to £2.32bn by the end of April 2026. Deposits were 1% ahead to £4.26bn over the same period. Funds under management and administration were 5% higher at £2.8bn. No reductions in interest rates so far this year has been good for Arbuthnot Banking, and the income on its surplus funds.

Nomad Compute (NMD) has raised £3.124m at 0.125p/share. A capital reorganisation is required to reduce the apar value to enable the shares to be issued. The cash is for “developing and operating modular, containerised edge AI compute infrastructure for global enterprise and sovereign markets”.

IntelliAM AI (INT) has appointed Joel Crawfod as chief revenue officer. He will be based in Texas.

Energy B (NRGB) has appointed First Sentinel as corporate adviser.

Oliver O’Donnell, head of equities for VSA Capital (VSA), has been appointed to the group board.

Roundhouse Digital has changed its name to Roundhouse AI (ETHL).

AIM

Asia-focused oil and gas producer Jadestone Energy (JSE) reported a loss of $133.7m on revenues of $408m for 2025, but that figure is complicated by $126m impairment charge and the $18.5m write off for the abandonment of the SKUA-11 well. That masks the strong cash generation of the business last year. Cash generated from operating activities was $91.4m, helped by lower operating costs, and along with the $39.4m proceeds from a disposal this was more than enough to fund capital expenditure and interest charges. Net debt reduced to $89.1m. Jadestone Energy has refinanced debt through a $200m bond issue, which increases the cash available. Production in 2026 could be at the lower end of the 18,000-21,000 boe/day guidance range – last year it was 19,829 boe/day – because of a storm stopping production at the Stag field. That should generate enough cash to cover investment this year. The farm-out process for the Vietnam asset has commenced.

Medical devices developer Creo Medical (CREO) has raised £5.5m at 15p/share and the Bank of Wales is subscribing for £2m of convertible loan notes. Creo Medical plans to sell the remaining 49% interest in Creo Medical SL to 51% shareholder CME at book value. The sale of the 51% stake raised £24.7m after costs CME will continue to distribute Creo Medical products in Europe. Cash was £12.4m at the end of 2025 and there was a subsequent dividend of £1.6m from CME. Creo medical made an underlying operating loss of £13.7m on revenues of £6m in 2025 and the additional cash will help to accelerate growth in sales. First quarter revenues were 60% ahead and full year revenues could grow at a similar rate. Operating costs should be reduced by 15%.

Energy efficiency technology developer Sabien Technology (SNT) is entering into an agreement for a proposed strategic commercial partnership and financing that will help to accelerate commercial deployment of the M2G technology. The partnership with Haydale (HAYD) and SaveMoneyCutCarbon (SMCC) means that SMCC will be the M2G distributor in agreed commercial, industrial and public sector markets. Haydale would also help with improving manufacturing efficiency. Non-core investments are being reviewed, and additional opportunities will be assessed. A strategic investor group could acquire the 26.7% stake held by executive chairman Richard Parris and restructure the debt owed to Parris Group. A convertible loan note could raise up to £2m. Final terms have to be agreed. This announcement follows the settlement of a historical contract for £40,000 in cash and £50,000 in shares at 5.71p each.

Building and plumbing products distributor Lords Group Trading (LORD) has reported better than expected results. Pre-tax profit still fell from £3.8m to £2.8m. There has been a rationalisation of plumbing and heating distribution sites and there was a small dip in sales. Online builders merchant CMO made an initial contribution. Market share is improving. There could be a further fall in profit this year.

FIH Group (FIH) will pay a 40p/share special dividend from the funds from the £11.6m sale of the Portsmouth Harbour Ferry Company. The shares go ex-dividend on 5 June. Chief executive Stuart Munro gets a £478,000 bonus and finance director Reuben Shamu £293,000 for the successful disposal.

Gold producer Metals Exploration (MTL) produced 65,287 ounces of gold in 2025, but the higher gold price meant that revenues rose by 9% to $208.4m. Free cash generated from operations was 19% higher at $115.3m. Construction of the La India project in Nicaragua is one-third complete. The first gold pour could be in December. Gold production guidance for Runruno has been revised downwards to 40,000-48,000 ounces.

Invinity Energy Systems (IES) has won a project through FlexBase to design a GWh-scale vanadium flow battery to be deployed at the Technology Centre Laufenburg, Switzerland. This datacentre and technology campus required up to 1.5GWh and it could be expanded to 2.1 GWh. There should be phased manufacturing of the batteries.

Automotive interior components manufacturer CT Automotive (CTA) reported a 4% dip in revenues to $114.8m, while pre-tax profit improved by one-fifth to £9.5m. Earnings were 11.4 cents/share. A further improvement is expected this year.

TV programmes producer Zinc Media (ZIN) has won a $6m contract to produce an entertainment series in the Middle East. The international distribution rights should add extra income. The series has already been broadcast for 17 seasons, and it follows inventors developing ideas. Zinc Media has been brought in to refresh the format, and the programme will be shot in Arabic and English. Zinc Media is acquiring William Martin Qatar for an initial £400,000. The final purchase price will be up to £1.12m. This is an agency specialising in events and film in the Middle East and it fits well with the existing business in the region. Full year revenues of £3.4m and pre-tax profit of £300,000 are forecast.

Tap Global Group (TAP) recently launched the Tap Earn app and it has reached $3.5m of assets under management. The app offers a yield of up to 7% on supported stablecoin holdings, up to 3.5% on Ethereum and up to 2.5% on Bitcoin. Tap Earn is available across all the company’s markets and will generate revenues for the company by converting passive customer balances into generating income.

Fulcrum Metals (FMET) has secured surface rights to 270 acres of the Teck Hughes tailings project. This provides access and operational flexibility. The price is C$220,000 in cash and a 1.5% net smelter royalty. The net smelter royalty can be reduced to 0.75% for C$750,000 in cash and to 0.5% with a further C$500,000 payment.

Mkango Resources (MKA) subsidiary Mkango Rare Earths has filed a registration statement in the US concerning its merger with Crown PropTech Acquisitions. This helps to progress the proposed Nasdaq listing for Mkango Rare Earths.

Ariana Resources (AAU) is selling a 13.6% stake in the Zenit gold mining joint venture in Turkey to the majority shareholding for $19.5m – $17.2m after tax. Ariana Resources retains a 9.9% stake in Zenit, which could generate dividends, and has $29m in cash. The cash will be invested in the Dokwe project in Zimbabwe and the cash will fund the project up to the definitive feasibility study.

First quarter results from gold miner Thor Explorations (THX) show year-on-year revenues increasing from $64m to $74.3m and lower operating costs per ounce of gold. Net income rose from $34.4m to $46.7m. Net cash was $177.9m at the end of March 2026. A dividend of C$0.0275/share was announced. Full year production guidance is 75,000-85,000 ounces of gold with average costs likely to edge up.

Gene therapy technology developer 4basebio (4BB) increased 2025 revenues from £900,000 to £1.7m and it is forecast to rise to £2.5m. The loss was £17.9m. There should still be £8.5m in the bank at the end of 2025. The company has secured a clinical supply deal with a biotech company for supply of synthetic DNA to a phase II immunotherapy programme.

MAIN MARKET

Vehicle rental and claims management company Zigup (ZIG) traded strongly in the second half with profit at the upper end of expectations. Full year pre-tax profit is set to be around £160m. Cash generation has improved. The results will be released on 8 July.

Ground engineering and piling business Keller (KLR) reported stronger trading in the first four months of the year despite the global background. North America has done well. Higher costs are being passed on in new contracts. The order book is worth £1.7bn. The interim results will be published on 4 August.

New Frontier Minerals (NFM) has visited the NWQ Copper project with partner Austral Resources to inspect the Big One Deposit and Big One North prospect. The historical copper stockpile was assessed. Mt Storm was identified as an under explored near surface target.

AQUIS STOCK EXCHANGE

Oscillate (SRVL) is raising £2.96m at 22.5p/share ahead of joining AIM on 27 April. This values the mining company, which is changing its name to Serval Resources, at £7.6m.

Equipmake (EQIP) has announced a further £950,000 order with Agrale for electric drivetrain systems for nine buses in South America. They will be delivered in the year to May 2027. Previous orders were for a total of 73 buses.

WeCap (WCAP) shares bounced back 55.6% to 0.7p following a recovery in the share price of investee company WeShop to $15.87.

Cooks Coffee (COOK) fourth quarter store sales were 18% higher at £11.2m with similar increases in the UK and Ireland. Full year store sales were 23% ahead at £43.1m. There are 118 stores.

Ubuntu Mining and Metals (UNTU) has secured an exclusive option to buy up to a 60% interest two Tanzanian gold projects. This lasts until 15 July. Ubuntu will be responsible for 100% of agreed costs up to commending mining. Progress is being made with the Dilotiko iron ore project in Kenya with a mining permit application undergoing final evaluation by the authorities.

Delta Gold Technologies (DGQ) has appointed Haynes Boone as global intellectual property counsel.

S-Ventures (SVEN) has raised £300,000 at 3.5p/share and a further £100,000 could be raised via a retail offer. Oberon Capital has been appointed joint broker. The cash raised will be invested in Thruxton-based defence business Hybrid Drones, where major aerospace companies are also investors, to finance development of unmanned aerial vehicles.

Ajax Resources (AJAX) has submitted and Environmental Impact Assessment for the Macacha copper and silver project in Argentina. If this is approved, then 5,000 metres of drilling is planned. The potential buyer of the Eureka gold and copper project in Argentina is going to visit the site.

Shepherd Neame (SHEP) chief executive Jonathan Neame bought 10,000 shares at 483p each.

Emissions reduction additives supplier Sulnox Group (SNOX) has raised £2m at 45p/share from a shipping customer backed subscription. This will help to finance an acceleration of the marketing for marine and land markets, as well as product development.

BWA (BWAP) highlights the announcement of a maiden JORC mineral resource estimate for the MB01-N deposit at the Mbe deposit in Cameroon, which combined with MB01-S, takes the inferred resource to 1.23 million ounces. This deposit is near to the Aracari project, where BWA is earning up to 70% through the spending of €1.5m.

The retail offer by Time to ACT (TTA) raised £16,000, taking the total raised to £431,000 at 6p/share.

Connecting Excellence Group (XCE) says its executive search business Spencer Riley has received payment of 0.516 Bitcoin at a value of £27,472.50. That takes the holding to 52.941 Bitcoin.

EDX Medical (EDX) is moving to AIM. Revenues are expected to reach £1.2m in the year to March 2026.  Cash was £2.9m at year-end.

Falconedge (EDGE) generated a Bitcoin yield of 1.089% in March, so incremental Bitcoin growth was 0.2185 to 20.2782 Bitcoin.

Mendell Helium (MDH) says drilling by M3 Helium at the Rost 2-26 well has reached a total depth of 5,571 feet. The completion process will happen within ten days. There is evidence of helium with low hydrocarbon signatures in several zones.

Coinsilium (COIN) is extending its sponsorship of the When Shift Happens podcast until 1 January 2027.

Valereum (VLRM) is in advanced negotiations with Quorium Global Photonics SPC over a definitive exclusivity agreement for establishing a platform for real-world asset (RWA) tokenisation and it has received part payment of the $300,000.

Stack BTC (STAK) has bought a further 37.1898 Bitcoin at £53,778 each. That takes the total holding to 68.1898 Bitcoin. An equity trading facility worth up to £5m has been agreed with broker AlbR Capital. David Galan has been appointed chief executive. Jai Patel is leaving the board.

Oberon Investments (OBE) says year-on-year like-for-like revenues grew by one-quarter to more than £11.7m. Assets under administration are more than £1.4bn. However, the FCA has secured a voluntary requirement that no new wealth management clients can be taken on without its approval until the company’s systems are reviewed. All parts of the business grew. The company is on course to breakeven on a monthly basis by the end of the financial year. Third-party research and forecasts are planned to enhance investor understanding.

AI infrastructure operator Astrid Intelligence (ASTR) has issued shares at 0.2p each to pay outstanding fees of £10,000. The holding of Subnet 46 (RESI) has increased by 492 TAO to 1,754 TAO.

AI software developer IntelliAM AI (INT) says sales cycles are lengthening and partnerships have taken time to generate business. Full year revenues were one-third ahead at £5.25m, which is well below the Edison estimate of £7.1m. Annual recurring revenues doubled to £1.65m. Cash was £100,000 at the end of March 2026. This year’s forecasts are under review.

Heart regeneration medicines developer Cardiogeni (CGNI) says the transaction with Kira Health Invest should be completed by 20 April.

Dominic Wheatley has been appointed chairman of Mollyroe (MOY). He will provide expertise in the interactive entertainment sector.

EPE Special Opportunities (EO.P) had net assets of 384.38p/share at the end of March 2026. Giles Brand has increased his stake from 40.2% to 45.6%.

Unigel Group (UNX) is paying an interim dividend of 4p/share.

Zentra Group (ZNT) chairman David Izett bought 175,000 shares at 2p each.

ASSET MATCH

C4X Discovery (C4XD) full year revenues fell from £24.8m to £6.7m, nearly all milestone income from Sanofi, and the drug discovery company fell to a loss of £2.93m. The amount spend on research and development was reduced to £6.9m. A restructuring has reduced the cost base. There was £7.6m in cash at the end of 2025.

AIM

Animalcare (ANCR) is recommending a 336p/share cash bid from Charterhouse Capital Partners, which values the animal treatments developer at £235.2m. The share price has not been at that level since early 2022. The bid values Animalcare at more than 24 times prospective 2026 earnings. Charterhouse believes it can provide the funding for Animalcare to continue its buy and build strategy.

Churchill China (CHH) had a stronger second half for its hospitality products in Europe, but the UK market remains tough. Market share is being maintained in the UK and there is scope to grow it in Europe. Revenues fell from £78.3m to £76.3m, and pre-tax profit dipped from £8.5m to £6m. The final dividend has been cut from 26.5p/share to 14p/share. Cash was £10.8m at the end of 2025. The majority of energy requirements have been bought forward, but no improvement is expected in profit this year.

Outsourced video art services provider Winking Studios (WKS) has completed the acquisition of Canadian business Studios Ampera. This has been trading for around six months, and a major attraction is the team that has been put together headed by Claude Bordeleau, a former senior manager at Keywords Studios, who will become group chief revenue officer. The deal will provide a base for Norther American expansion, as well as providing contacts with additional video games publishers.

Advanced materials and paper manufacturer James Cropper (CRPR) had a strong end to the financial year. Both parts of the business traded better than expected and the operational gearing means that profit was well ahead. Paper and packaging returned to profit in the second half. Full year revenues are set to rise from £99.3m to £103m, whereas it had been forecast to be lower, and pre-tax profit is upgraded by 30% to £4.7m. Net debt could fall to £8.3m.

Cora Gold (CORA) has signed a binding term sheet for $120m gold stream with Eagle Eye Asset Holdings, which is a 29.9% shareholder. This follows a £15.7m fundraising at 6p/share. The Sanankoro gold project in Mali is fully funded and the next key step is obtaining the mining permit. Construction of the mine can accelerate when that happens. Cora Gold has the right to replace 50% of the gold stream with debt or other funding. Eagle Eye Asset Holdings is entitled to purchase 30.44% of gold produced at Sanankoro for 20% of the spot gold price.

Retailer Mothercare (MTC) says trading conditions are still difficult with no sign of a recovery. The problems are exacerbated by exposure to the Middle East. System sales in the year to March 2026 fell 22% to £180m last year. The forecast loss has been increased to £2.4m and a loss of £2.8m is expected next year. Net bank debt is estimated to be £5.7m. Pension contributions have been deferred for a further year.

Bow Street Restaurants (BOW) has made progress with improving the performance of its existing stores and has identified potential acquisitions. Full year revenues fell from £36.6m to £31.3m following the closure of some sites. There was a swing from an underlying operating profit of £400,000 to a £500,000 loss. There was an impairment charge of £7.3m following a review of assets. Refurbishments are helping to boost income. The number of restaurants has been reduced to 29 and the refurbishments are continuing. Net cash was £11.1m at the end of 2025. This will also fund acquisitions of restaurant groups, with the initial purchase potentially an Asian style brand. Trading has improved so far this year with like-for-like growth of 6.1% in March. A 2026 loss is still expected from the current operations.

Alien Metals (UFO) says West Coast Silver, the joint venture partner for the Elizabeth Hill silver project in Western Australia, has identified a new Down Hole Electromagnetic (DHEM) conductor target. A drill test is planned. Drilling has already started on a six-hole drilling programme.

Telecoms test equipment supplier Calnex Solutions (CLX) says full year trading was slightly better than expected. More business is coming from datacentres and defence, rather than the original telecoms customer base. A new partnership with VIAVI Solutions will help to broaden the client base. Cavendish increased forecast 2025-26 pre-tax profit by 59% to £1.2m. Cash is £9.3m.

Eco (Atlantic) Oil and Gas (ECO) has agreed to farm down a 60% participating interest in its three Namibian licences to BP, which will take on operatorship. There will be a one-off cash payment of $2.7m. BP will carry Eco through the current exploration phase. Eco will retain 25% and if the licence is renewed it can sell a further 10% interest to BP for a full carry for each well on each of the licences, with a cap of $21m for each well.

Great Western Mining (GWMO) has signed a contract with Major Drilling America to undertake drilling at the Defender-Pine Crow tungsten project in Nevada. This is the primary focus of the company. Drilling should commence in July. An application has been made for cross trading of the shares on the OTCID market in the US to attract North American investors.

Iodine producer Iofina (IOF) generated record production of 179 tons in the first quarter from a combination of new capacity and higher brine temperatures improving recovery. First half guidance is being upgraded to 325-355 tons. Iodine prices are still above 70/kg. Canaccord Genuity has raised its revenue forecast from $69.5m to $71.6m and earnings from 3.7 cents/share to 3.9 cents/share.

TheraCryf (TCF) received a conditional approach to acquire the Orexin-1 and dopamine-transporter programmes. This is an area where there is increased commercial interest from pharma companies. The board felt this undervalued the assets. The Orexin-1 addiction programmed is fully funded for a phase 1 trial by the fourth quarter of 2026. If this is successful, the value of the assets will be much higher.

Thor Explorations (THX) had cash of $154m at the end of the first quarter of 2026 and it could reach $351m by the end of the year. It produced 23,397 ounces of gold at the Segilola ming, which was better than expected due to the high recovery rate, and is well on the way to the 2026 target production of 75,000-85,000 ounces of gold for the full year at an all in sustaining cost of up to $1,200/ounce. There is further drilling at the Douta project.

Building products supplier Alumasc (ALU) says events in the Middle East has made it cautious about the second half. Exports are an important contributor to revenues, but business confidence has also been hit in the UK. Potential supply concerns mean that Alumasc is increasing inventories. Cavendish cut its forecast 2025-26 revenues by 4% to £109m, while pre-tax profit has been slashed from £14.4m to £11m. There is a strong order book, but timings are uncertain. The dividend may be maintained at 10.8p/share – it would still be more than twice covered by earnings. Net debt could be £4.3m at the end of June 2026 and there could be net cash one year later.

IT services provider SysGroup (SYS) traded strongly in the second half, helped by the acquisition of Saxis. Full year revenues were 7% higher at £22.1m – they were previously expected to be flat. Pre-tax profit is set to be one-third higher at £400,000. Net cash was £2.7m. Pre-tax profit is forecast to rise to £900,000 in 2026-27.

LiDAR wind sensor and software developer Windar Photonics (WPHO) has secured a record number of test orders in the first quarter of 2026 and full year revenues are expected to be €7.8m, up from €6.4m in 2025. That assumes 50% of the ten active test orders are converted into contracts. A £20m share subscription facility has been agreed with GEM Global Yield LLC. The company is near to appointing a new chief executive.

Quantum Health (QHE) has raised £5m at 0.03p/share following demand from institutions. The cash will finance the development of the Sagebrush and Coyote Wash projects. The extended production test of Sagebrush-1 well is progressing.

Strip Tinning (STG) has received a serial order for Cell Contacting system parts for the battery pack for Zoox Robotax. This is important progress in the battery connectors sector. A glazing connectors contract has gone into serial production, and a smart glass roof connectors contract is about to go into serial production.

Quantum Blockchain Technologies (QBT) has raised £500,000 at0.35p/share. It This will fund further development of Bitcoin mining technology, and this will help integrating the AI Oracle technology into mining rigs of ASIC manufacturers. There is £100,000 being set aside to set up BlocKeeper to develop a hardware free virtual Bitcoin mining operation by acquiring hashing power from Bitcoin miners. BlocKeeper will seek an Aquis quotation.

TV programmes producer Zinc Media (ZIN) reported revenues of £41.3m, which was in line with trading statement. There was significant organic growth in the 28% increase in revenues. Pre-tax profit was one-third higher at £400,000. There is £3.5m in the bank.

Management reiterated the growth plans and the EBITDA target of £5m, compared with £1.9m last year. The Celebrity Inner Circle has been renewed for an eight episode run and this will help the entertainment division to grow. The format could also help achieve additional high margin IP revenues. The new distribution division should also generate additional revenues. There is already around £30m of work secured for this year.

hVIVO (HVO) has been hit by delays and terminations to human trials of vaccines. Some had already paid part of the cost upfront enabling the decline in 2025 revenues to be stemmed. Even so, they fell from £62.7m to £46.8m. That pushed the business into loss. The weighted contract order book is £30m and the diversification into other areas of clinical trials is helping to build a more diversified business. It is also winning new business in influenza and other areas.

Forgent (FORG) is acquiring a 51% interest in the Peak Hills gold copper for $1.18m in cash and shares and raising £1.3m in a placing at 0.015p/share. There is an option over another 48% of the Peak Hills interest. Negotiations are ongoing over an option on a controlling stake in a nickel copper gold project in Western Australia.

Oracle Power (ORCP) has announced assay results from another 31 holes at the Northern Zone Intrusive Hosted gold project in Western Australia. They are some of the best intercepts for grade and width drilled at the project. The tenement is being converted to a mining lease.

Latin America focused investment company ROI Capital Holdings is subscribing £1.93m for shares in Trafalgar Property (TRAF) at 0.005p/share. This is dependent on a waiver of the obligation to make an offer for the company. The existing subsidiaries will be sold for £1, and the planned Hilton House transaction will be reversed. The whole board will be replaced, and they will seek a reverse takeover.

Shares in Tiger Alpha (TIR) have been suspended ahead of the proposed acquisition of Cyprus-based Potentially, which is building the peer-to-peer infrastructure layer for the AI economy. The consideration will be £10mthrough the issue of two billion shares at 0.5p each.

MAIN MARKET

Kitchenware retailer ProCook Group (PROC) is growing in a tough consumer environment. Full year revenues are 23% higher at £85.5m, which is 12% like-for-like. It is on course to double pre-tax profit to £3.6m. Like-for-like retail growth was 5.7%, while the UK kitchenware market has declined.

KR1 (KR1) investee company Bitway has launched the BITW token and KR1 holds 100 million of them after investing $300,000.  The holding is valued at $1.7m.

US cybersecurity technology company Narf Industries (NARF) has reported full year revenues rising from $3m to $4.2m. Narf has Rebranded Ranger.ai to UPxi.ai (Upstream Extended Intelligence), which did not make a significant contribution in the period. There is already $5.3m of contracted revenues for 2026-27, while a government contract worth more than $2.5m has been won since the year end.

Quantum computing IP developer Delta Gold Technologies (DGT) has secured a research sponsorship and technology licensing agreement with Penn State University. The sponsorship could cost $2.99m over three years. This will provide exclusive access to IP developed. Penn State will receive a running royalty of 1% of net sales of licensed products once net sales exceed $20m.

Macaulay Capital (MCAP) will earn £330,000 in fees from clients that invested in inspection business ICA, which is being acquired by Germany-based Certania for an enterprise value of £30.45m. AIM-quoted CEPS (CEPS) is selling its stake in for an upfront payment of £14m, which includes the repayment of loan notes. The disposal requires CEPS shareholder approval.

All five requisition resolutions were defeated at the Lift Global Ventures (LFT) general meeting. There were 60.5% of the votes against each resolution. A vote on the waiver of pre-emption rights did not receive the 75% of votes required.

Marula Mining (MARU) has agreed terms for the acquisition of 50% in a special purpose vehicle that holds mining rights in South Africa that include the operation ready Derdepoort manganese mine, which has a processing plant. Proven ore reserves of approximately 4.38 million tonnes of manganese ore at an average grade of 34.78% Manganese Oxide. Marula Mining will pay £1m in shares at 5p each and provide £1m of initial funding. A further £1m will be paid after due diligence. A bankable feasibility study targeting one million tonnes of manganese each year, or when the project is thought to be viable, will trigger a £9m cash payment. A further 20% stake can be acquired for £100,000. Marula Mining has already acquired the nearby Tonto Tshipi manganese mine.

EPE Special Opportunities (EO.P) had was cash of £14.1m at the end of January 2026. The NAV was 360p/share. The Luceco (LUCE) share price recovered, and Whittard of Chelsea was refinanced. Recent acquisition LSA has been integrated into Rayware. A £3m share buyback has been launched.

Valereum (VLRM) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with RWO.io, which will integrate VLRM markets into its infrastructure. Longer-term, there are plans to develop a decentralised exchange and enable token assets to be used to secure loans.

Oscillate (SRVL) has agreed to acquire Kalahari Copper, which has interests in the Kaoko Basin in Namibia and the Kalahari copper belt in Botswana. The acquisition will be combined with a move to AIM. A further $80,000 has been received from Pulsar Helium Inc for the sale of hydrogen assets. One more payment of $80,000 is due.

Fibre optic cable materials supplier Unigel Group (UNX) increased full year turnover from £29.2m to £38.2m, enabling a jump in pre-tax profit from £2.13m to £3.75m. There was a recovery in international demand. This is set to continue due to investment in AI and 5G. Production capacity has been increased in the US because of tariff uncertainties. Net cash was £2.3m at the end of 2025.

SuperSeed Capital (WWW) increased NAV to 133p/share at the end of 2025. Portfolio revenues nearly doubled.

Sulnox Group (SNOX) has secured a distribution agreement with Motor Plus Panama, which will stock Sulnox emission reduction products for maritime, industrial and transport clients.

Wishbone Gold (WSBN) has expanded its interests in the area of Greatland Gold (GGP) owned Telfer gold mine in Western Australia. The company won a tender for 67km2 of mineral title on crown land, 25km north-west of Telfer.

Ajax Resources (AJAX) has agreed to an extension to the period of exclusivity for the purchase of Pereira Velho Exploração S.A., which owns the Pereira Velho gold project in Brazil.

AI business investor Mollyroe (MOY) raised £350,000 at 0.25p/share. A convertible loan note issue is planned.

Roundhouse Digital (ETHL) has purchased 346.6 Ethereum at an average cost of $2,020 each. The total holding is 468.8 Ethereum. The financial year end date is being changed to March.

Falconedge (EDGE) generated income of 0.368524 Bitcoin, taking the total Bitcoin holding to 19.878377 Bitcoin.

Thrive Renewables (THRV) has launched a £10m bond offer, including a retail offer of £5m via the Triodos Bank Crowdfunding platform. The bond lasts for 5 years and offers an annual interest rate of 5.5%. This will finance two onshore wind farms in Wales and Scotland. The offer closes on 16 April.

AIM

Scientific instruments supplier SDI Group (SDI) has secured the earnings enhancing acquisition of PRP Optoelectronics. The manufacturer of ruggedised LEDs for the aerospace, medical and industrial printing markets cost £9.3m, net of cash acquired of £2.8m, and could enhance 2026-27 earnings by nearly 8%. Forecast net debt will increase to £23.1m. This takes SDI into new markets, and the product range fits with some existing products.

Digitisation services provider TPXimpact (TPX) has won two major contracts this week. The latest is a four-year contract with DEFRA worth £39m. That is the second largest contract TPXimpact has ever won. The contract covers digitisation of programmes across agricultural, environmental and sustainability areas. TPXimpact already has contracts with DEFRA. The company also won a £22m contract with NHS England.

Cosmetics supplier Warpaint London (W7L) has acquired the Barry M brand from the administrator for £1.4m, but 2025 figures will be just below expectations. Cavendish has cut its 2025 pre-tax profit forecast from £20.7m to £19.2m, although the 2026 figure is maintained at £26m. Net cash was better than expected at £16m. Barry M is a value cosmetics brand and had revenues of £15m. It is likely to be loss making.

Zanaga Iron Ore Company (ZIOC) has secured funding for its Jumelles subsidiary, which owns the Zanaga iron ore project in Congo. Red Arc Minerals is investing $25m for a 20% stake in Jumelles. This will fund the project up to final investment decision. There is then a $125m option for Red Arc Minerals to take its stake to 87.5%. Zanaga Iron Ore Company will retain a 1% net smelter royalty, and Red Arc Minerals can acquire a 0.5% net smelter royalty from the company for $50m. Zanaga Iron Ore Company has enough cash to get to final investment decision when it can decide whether to continue to invest in the project as it moves to production. Red Arc Minerals can be required to swap Jumelles shares for Zanaga Iron Ore Company shares at 15p each if it does not complete each part of the deal in a defined period. Shareholder approval is required.

Video streaming technology developer Aferian (AFRN) has extended its $16.5m banking facilities to 20 March 2026. It could be further extended at a later date. The loan from major shareholder kestrel Partners is £1.59m and is repayable on 15 April 2026. The formal sale process continues, and this is leading to significant adviser costs. Some potential options for the trading businesses would not raise as much as the bank facility.

Interior furnishings brands owner Sanderson Design Group (SDG) says trading continued to improve in the second half, particularly in the US. Sales in the UK were lower last year. There has also been an improvement in manufacturing business, which should make a profit in the year to January 2026. Full year pre-tax profit is expected to improve from £4.4m to at least £5m. Cash is estimated to be £9.8m, which is more than one-quarter of market capitalisation.

Cora Gold (CORA) is raising £12.9m-£13.7m through a subscription by Singapore-based Eagle Eye Asset Holdings at 6p/share. There will be a retail offer to raise up to £2m. Eagle Eye’s investment will depend on the take up of the retail offer, so that it does not go above 29.9%. The definitive feasibility study for the company’s Sanankoro project in south Mali indicated a NPV8% of $221m, but that was at a gold price of $2,750/ounce. The money raised covers nearly 50% of the cash required to construct the mine.

Faron Pharmaceuticals (FARN) is planning to raise €40m to enable acceleration of development of its lead asset bexmarilimab and to run the Phase II portion of the FDA agreed Phase II/III trial in frontline high risk myelodysplastic syndrome. Lead asset bexmarilimab is an investigational immunotherapy designed to overcome resistance to existing cancer treatments by harnessing the power of immune cells and igniting the immune system. Management expects value inflection points in 2026 and 2027.

Phoenix Copper (PXC) has suspended chief executive Marcus Edwards-Jones and finance director Richard Wilkins due to their recent conduct and past payments. An investigation is underway. The company has limited cash available, and it will last until the second quarter of 2026.

Gift packaging and stationery supplier IG Design (IGR) is trading ahead of expectations. In the nine months to December 2025, margins of 4% are at the higher end of guidance. Full year pre-tax profit estimate has been raised from $7.1m to $9.9m. Cash could be more than $55m at the end of March 2026. A new chief executive is being recruited. The full year results will be published in June and there will be a return to reporting in pounds.

More positive new for Fulcrum Metals (FMET) concerning gold and other product recoveries at the Teck Hughes tailings project. Gold recovery has been increased to 78% with up to 95% silver recoveries. There are also high recovery rates for tellurium and copper and 20% recoveries of gallium – that could be improved. There is a potential recoverable value of more than $550m of all these metals. Further testing will be undertaken.

Wynnstay Group (WYN) is starting to see the benefits of its project genesis strategy. In the year to October 2025, revenues fell from £613.1m to £583.4m due to lower commodity prices, and pre-tax profit recovered from £7.6m to £9.2m. Efficiencies offset higher wage costs. The growth in profit was predominantly in feed and grain and arable divisions.

MAIN MARKET

Apax Partners has decided not to make an offer of 500p/share for motor dealer software provider Pinewood Technologies (PINE). It blames current market conditions.

Digital assets investor KR1 (KR1) has launched its financial infrastructure strategy. This includes starting to buy Bitcoin as well as Ethereum. Existing holdings will be actively managed.

Bitcoin investor and wed development company The Smarter Web Company (SWC) has bought another 15 Bitcoin at a total cost of £785,773 and it owns 2,689 Bitcoin in total, which is an investment of £222.2m.

Panther Metals (PALM) has filed a prospectus for a proposed secondary listing on the Canadian Securities Exchange. PKF Littlejohn has been appointed as auditor. A placing raised £1.19m at 70p/share. This will be spent on a drilling programme for the Wishbone prospect at the Obonga project in Canada. The Winston mine tailings project is moving towards a mineral resource estimate.

AQUIS STOCK EXCHANGE

Digital assets investor KR1 (KR1) is planning a move to the Main Market. A prospectus has been published, and the switch is expected on 25 November. There are also plans to raise money from a placing programme of up to 125 million shares if it is agreed by shareholders at a general meeting on 20 November. This will broaden the shareholder base. KR1 chairman Rhys Davies has been paid a bonus of 580,000 shares. NAV was 50.9p/share at the end of September 2025.

Valereum (VLRM) says COINGT, the infrastructure tokenisation project representing the Interoceanic Corridor of Guatemala, will be listed on tokenisation venue VLRM Markets. The token represents a project to create a logistics and trade route between the Atlantic and Pacific.

SulNox Group (SNOX) generated record second quarter revenues of £679,300, which is 30% above the first quarter. Fuel emission reduction additive volumes were 39% higher. So far this year, revenues are 173% ahead at £1.2m. Cash was £1.36m at the end of September 2025.

WeCap (WCAP) holds 806,022 shares in WeShop, which intends to join Nasdaq, as well as a 23.5% stake in a company that owns 2.08 million WeShop shares. The other investment is waterway cleaning technology developer Bio2pure. The 10% stake is valued at nil. WeCap had net assets of £6.77m at the end of April 2025.

Healthcare IT developer DXS International (DXSP) improved full year revenues from £3.31m to £3.47m and the loss was reduced from £4.95m to £175,000. Slow NHS decision making is holding back progress. Even excluding the previous year’s asset impairment of £4.38m the loss is lower. Turnover is expected to be flat this year and there will be another loss.

Lift Global Ventures (LFT) says it is extending the loan to investee company Trans-Africa Energy to 31 January 2026.

Igraine (KING) has received £3.91m of fundraising money and is still waiting for the other £3.24m.

UTXO Management GP has belatedly stated that it has reduced its interest in The Smarter Web Company (SWC) from 26.6% to 12.99%.

Adnams (ADB) interim chair bought 1,650 B shares at 1805p each, while finance director Andrew Driscoll bought 500 A shares at £10 each.

Zytronic (ZYT) has disposes of all assets except for the freehold property in Blaydon. Completion of the sale has been delayed. An environmental survey will be received later in November. The estimated return to shareholders is still 48p/share to 58p/share.

Greenshields Agri (GAH) says draft accounts for 2024-25 show a swing from a loss of £317,000 to a profit after tax of £2.68m. NAV is 158p/share.

AIM

Empire Metals (EEE) is raising £7m at 40p/share. The cash will be used to finance work on the Pitfield project in Australia. This includes metallurgical test work, resource expansion and commencement of pilot production of Ti02 product samples for end users. This will initially be for the titanium metal supply chain. A listing on ASX is being considered for 2026.

Kromek (KMK) says interim revenues will be at least £14.5m, up from £3.7m. This includes revenues from Siemens. There is still underlying growth of 70%. An interim pre-tax profit is expected.

Belluscura (BELL) is appointing an administrator.

Shareholders did not agree to the proposed fundraising by Anglesey Mining (AYM) and management is preserving cash as it seeks alternative forms of financing. Without that the company will go into administration. Alumni Capital had agreed to offer equity funding of up to £2m.

Conygar Investment Company (CIC) is selling its 203-acre brownfield land at Rhosgoch in Anglesey to Rhosgoch Property, a subsidiary of Stena Lin. The net proceeds will be £18.3m, compared with a valuation of £2.5m. NAV was £63.8m (107.5p/share) at the end of March 2025, but since then there has been a £750,000 loss on the sale of a Virgin Active gym. Premier Miton trimmed its stake from 13.9% to 12.8%, while First Equity has cut its interest from 13.2% to 12.8%.

European Green Transition (EGT) has entered an exclusive six-month option agreement to sell the Pajala copper project in northern Sweden to Recovery Metals Cyprus. Historical drilling confirms copper mineralisation. Recovery Metals Cyprus will fund due diligence during the option. Copper prices are moving towards record highs.

Caledonian Holdings (CHP) has entered an agreement with Mousdale Investment and Nevis Investments which will each swap 250,000 AlbaCo shaes for 6.25 million Caledonian Holdings shares at 0.004p each. This will take Caledonian Holdings’ sake in new smaller company focused bank AlbaCo to 5.47%.

One Health Group (OHGR) has made a positive start to the financial year. Surgical procedures jumped 16% and interim revenues were 17% higher at £15.5m, which is 10% ahead of forecast. EBITDA is expected to be higher than the previous year. Cash is £10.8m. There have been delays in building the surgical hub, but it should still be open by the end of 2026.

Specialist cleaning services provider React Group (REAT) says full year revenues were 21% ahead at around £25m, which includes an initial contribution from 24hr Aquaflow, which was acquired last October. Dowgate edged up its 2024-25 pre-tax profit from £2.1m to £2.2m. Strong fourth quarter trading meant that net debt was higher than expected at £5.2m.

Cancer treatments developer ValiRx (VAL) is raising £750,000 at 0.25p/share and a WRAP offer could raise up to £300,000 more. The offer closes on 3 November. All subscribers get one warrant exercisable at 0.5p each with every new share. The cash will fund R&D, including the preclinical development of potential breast cancer treatment Cytolytix.

Construction disputes and professional services provider Diales (DIAL) expects a 2024-25 operating profit of at least £1.3m on slightly lower revenues of £42.6m, due to weaker Asia Pacific business. Pre-tax profit should also be £1.3m. Net cash was £3m at the end of September 2025. There is a strong pipeline of disputes business.

ABCrescent Cooperatief U.A. has sold 8.22 million shares in Pulsar Helium Inc (PLSR) at 38p/share. ABCrescent, which is associated with Pulsar Helium director Brice Laurent, still has a 4.81% stake plus 15.5 million warrants. Brie Laurent owns 17,570 shares. This follows the proposed acquisition of Hybrid Hydrogen, which owns mineral rights to 6,742 acres in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula, for $80,000 in shares.

Great Western Mining Corporation (GWMO) says soil sampling at the Huntoon copper project in Nevada shows elevated levels of tungsten, copper and zinc. The soil geochemical anomaly has been extended to more than 2.8km. The consistency of anomalies suggests a larger than anticipated mineralised system. Further analysis will help to design a new drilling campaign.

Resources explorer 80 Mile (80M) says its US joint venture partner has announced that an independent report confirms the world-class potential of the Jameson Land Basin in eastern Greenland. This estimates more than 13 billion barrels (P10) of gross unrisked recoverable prospective oil resources. 80 Mile has a 30% post earn-in share. It has a free carry on the initial drilling planned for the second half of 2026. March GL is earning up to 70%. This followd an announcement that 80 Mile has revised the terms of its acquisition of Hydrogen Valley, which operates a biofuel site in Italy.

Versarien (VRS) has signed heads of terms with a UK quoted company for the sale of Total Carbide and the other remaining assets for £100,000 in cash and £100,000 in shares. The buyer will also take responsibility for £5.7m of loans plus interest. Versarien can operate with the support of creditors until the end of November. If the transaction goes ahead Versarien will become a shell.

MAIN MARKET

Cindrigo (CINH) has completed the acquisition of an 85% stake in a company that is developing three geothermal projects in the Upper Rhine Vally in Germany, and this enabled it to return to the Main Market. Cindrigo raised £2.06m at 12p/share and £9.3m of convertible loans have been converted into shares at an average price of 17p/share. At the placing price, the market capitalisation was £40.1m.

Georgina Energy (GEX) has gained drilling approvals for the Hussar prospect in EP513 in Western Australia. There was cash of £112,000 at the end of July 2025 and since then £1m has been raised.

New Frontier Minerals (NFM) had cash and liquid resources of $1.8m at the end of September 2025. There have been good results from the Harts Range rare earths project. The NWQ copper project is also progressing.

AQUIS STOCK EXCHANGE

Wishbone Gold (WSBN) is the best performer on Aquis and AIM this week. The gold explorer says drilling at the Red Setter gold dome project in Western Australia has reached the top of a significant breccia pipe. Drilling has reached 777 metres, and the breccia pipe is 152 metres long. Drill core is being transported to be assayed.

Fibre optic cables materials manufacturer Unigel Group (UNX) increased interim revenues from £14.8m to £18.9m, while pre-tax profit improved from £1.28m to £2.03m. Cash was £2.41m at the end of June 2025. Tariff uncertainties mean that the outlook remains cautious.

Digital asset company Vaultz Capital (V3TC) has appointed James Bowater as global head of partnerships. He founded crypto publications Crypto AM.

Valereum (VLRM) has entered a memorandum of understanding with ZIGChain and DigiShares for a strategic collaboration to explore development of a scalable platform for real world asset tokenisation. Indirect investee company Nexstox Inc has been granted a Labuan Exchange licence, which is the fifth to be granted.

The Smarter Web Company (SWC) has appointed Jesse Myers as head of Bitcoin strategy.

NYCE International (NYCE) is planning to raise up to £150,000 at 0.2p/share. Chief executive Farzad Peyman-Fard plans to subscribe for at least two-thirds of these shares. The cash will be invested in games aggregation platform Nirmata Play and to develop games for crypto casinos. Also, money will be spent on performance marketing and advisory services. The subscription should close on 28 August.

Emissions reduction fuel additives developer SulNOx Group (SNOX) has secured a patent in Jordan, which has the second largest container port in the Red Sea. The patent covers a range of formulations.

BWA Group (BWAP) says that the initial sampling programme has been completed and there is evidence of heavy mineral sands mineralisation beyond holes analysed at the Dehane project in Cameroon. There is mineralisation from surface.

Oscillate (MUSH) had cash and short-term investments of £2.29m at the end of May 2025. This will be invested in mining projects.

Mendell Helium (MDH) says that M3 Helium has secured a land lease in Nebraska and drilling should start shortly. There are talks with potential partners to develop a plan for Bitcoin mining. There are preparations for dewatering at the Rost well at Fort Dodge, Kansas. The work has been under budget.

Non-board chief engineer Noah Deledda has pledged 21 million of his 69.7 million shares in CRUSHMETRIC Group Ltd (CUSH) as security for a loan.

Time to Act (TTA) executive chairman Chris Heminway bought 33,300 shares at 15p each. Vault Ventures (VULT) has completed a one-for-100 share consolidation. Prior to this Concreatd Ltd acquired a 3.98% shareholding. Mark Jackson has increased his shareholding in Evrima (EVA) from 4.13% to 5.14%.

ASSET MATCH

Greenshields Agri (GAH) says it expects to make a strong profit in the year to June 2025, helped by land sales. Estimated NAV is 160p/share after a marginal uplift in farmland value. Early grain yields appear promising. There are plans to approach companies about a quarry project that could transform earnings.

Brewer Wadworth and Company (WAD) says interim sales were 4% higher with own beer sales 9% ahead. EBITDA improved by 7%, although one-off costs will hit profit. Banking facilities will be refinanced in September and that should reduce interest charges.

AIM

MicroSalt (SALT) is gearing up to supply its third major customer. This will generate revenues in the second half and could generate $5m next year. There have been some delays in revenues because of changes in US regulations on food additives and the interim revenues figure is $900,000. Full year sales expectations have been reduced from $2.5m to $2m, rising to $6.7m in 2026. There was $900,000 in the bank at the end of June 2025.

Singer upgraded its forecast for Tribal Group (TRB) following the interim figures. In the six months to June 2025, revenues were 2% higher at £45.3m and pre-tax profit jumped from £600,000 to £5.6m. The core education software business is building up its cloud revenues and selling more subscription-based packages of products. Growth has been in the UK. Trading conditions are still tough for the Education services business Etio with a shortage of cash available for spending by universities and colleges in the US as well as the UK. Revenues declined but profit improved thanks to cost savings. Since June, more contacts have been won and annualised recurring revenues have reached £64m, although that includes £2.2m of revenues from older software where income is declining. Singer raised its 2025 pre-tax profit forecast to £10.8m.

Revolution Beauty (REVB) has ended its formal sales process and raised £15m at 3p/share. A retail offer could raise up to £1.5m. Co-founder Tom Allsworth is returning as chief executive, and the other co-founder Adam Minto, who still owns 15.8%, is returning as a consultant. The cash will be used to reduce debt, fund capital investment and pay for restructuring costs. There will be a focus on pricing policy, marketing and efficiency. Tom Allsworth, Adam Minto and largest shareholder Debenhams are acquiring a total of 298.8 million shares in the fundraising. Net debt was £29.7m at the end of July 2025. The credit facility will be reduced from £32m to £28m.

Fishing tackle retailer Angling Direct (ANG) increased interim UK revenues by 18% to £51.1m, with online revenues 21% ahead. Like-for-like sales were 14% higher. European sales edged up from £2.4m to £2.5m. The store in Utrecht was opened in May 2024. After investment and share buy backs net cash reduced to £12.5m. Trading is comfortably in line with consensus market expectations. The interim results to July 2025 will be published on 7 October.

Explorer and project incubator Power Metal Resources (POW) has sold its remaining 14.75% stake in tungsten project developer Guardian Metal Resources (GMET) to Duquesne Family Office for £13.6m at 55p/share. There was a £6.6m gain on book value. Power Metal Resources says it invested £1.9m in Guardian Metal Resources and it has generated £22.8m from selling shares.

Firering Strategic Minerals (FRG) has received notice that Ricca Resources is withdrawing from the earn-in for the Atex and Alliance lithium tantalum projects. These are on care and maintenance. Firering Strategic Minerals will not have to pay any money back to Ricca, but it expects Ricca to repay funds it advanced for the projects. Firering Strategic Minerals received a 10.6% stake in Ricca as part of the original deal.

Neo-natal medical devices developer Inspiration Healthcare (IHC) increased interim revenues by 41% to £24m and gross margins improved. During the period a $6m humanitarian aid contract was delivered. The sales momentum is continuing in the second half. Deliveries for the Middle East contract have started and should be completed in the second half. Net debt has been reduced by £1.6m to £6.7m.

Packaging manufacturer Robinson (RBN) increased interim operating profit by one-quarter to £2.04m on a 2% increase in revenues to £27.6m. Additional working capital increased net debt to £8.5m, but the second half should be a strong cash generator. The share price has been on an upward trend because of property disposals and profit upgrade.

Iron deficiency treatment developer Shield Therapeutics (STX) announced interim revenues were 177% higher at $21.4m. Total US prescriptions were 29% ahead at 84,000 in the first half. There was cash of $10.8m at the end of June 2025, but there is net debt. A full year loss of $18.9m is forecast for 2025. Cash flow could be positive by the end of 2025. Net debt could reach $36.3m at the end of 2025.

Empire Metals (EEE) has reported further assay results from the Pitfield project in Western Australia. This was focused on the weathered cap at the Thomas prospect. There are some of the highest titanium dioxide grades recorded at the project and many of them are more than 7% titanium dioxide. Nearly two-thirds of the drill holes had an average grade of more than 4%.

Pulsar Helium Inc (PLSR) has raised £3.72m at 23p/share and Universal Bancorp has raised its stake to 4.99%. The cash will be invested in developing the Topaz helium project in Minnesota. There are plans for ten appraisal wells. There will also be a preliminary economic assessment and resource update.

Aptamer Group (APTA) has released an update on licencing. There are multiple non-exclusive licence opportunities for the first enzyme-modulating Optimer. Initial sales forecasts have been provided by one potential licensee, and this could cover 15% of Aptamer’s overheads. A second enzyme-modulating Optimer is at a final development stage. There has been positive feedback concerning Optimer evaluation from a top five pharma company.

Animal treatments developer Animalcare (ANCR) has acquired the VHH NGF programme and related assets that were under a licence agreement with Orthros Medical for €700,000. The programme is assessing the effectiveness of antibodies in the treatment of pain caused by osteoarthritis in horses and dogs.

MAIN MARKET

BATM Advanced Communications (BVC) has sold non-core operations so that it can focus on core networks and cyber technology. Interim revenues improved 3% to $60.4m, while underlying pre-tax profit fell from $3m to $1.6m. That excludes the $4.3m loss on discontinued activities. There was a strong performance from the remaining diagnostics businesses and networks revenues are growing. A new product launch will help cyber. There was $27m of cash in the balance sheet.

Ikigai Ventures (IKIV) plans to acquire Dotlines Global and Audra Solutions for a total of £67m in shares and move to AIM. The businesses are based in Singapore and Malaysia and are involved in cyber security, AI and fintech. Pro forma revenues are £22m and EBITDA is £1.7m. Trading in the shares has been suspended.

AQUIS STOCK EXCHANGE

Time to Act (TTA) is raising a minimum of £264,000 at 40p/share. VSA Capital has set a target share price of 118p. Diffusion Alloys is a coatings business, and the customer base includes hydrogen, nuclear and fuel cell businesses. Another subsidiary, GreenSpur is developing axial flux technology. This business hopes to generate revenues through design services to wind turbine designers.

KR1 (KR1) increased income from digital assets rose 51% to £13m during 2024, including Income from staking activities which jumped from £6.9m to £12.8m. There was a loss on disposals of £1m, compared with a £12.1m gain in the previous year. Pre-tax profit fell from £14.7m to £7.85m. There was £1.18m in cash at the end of 2024.

Smarter Web Company (SWC) raised £2.23m at 27p/share from a retail offer, taking the total raised to £3.45m. The company has invested a further £650,000 in Bitcoin at £75,460 each, which takes total investment to £1.41m. Smarter Web Company has applied to be quoted on the US OTCQB to help to add to liquidity. Tennyson Securities has raised its target price to 38.4p/share.

Coinsilium (COIN) expects the launch of the $YELLOW token launch is expected in two months. The sale will be conducted under Regulation D in the US, making it attractive to institutional investors. Coinsilium invested $200,000 in Yellow Network and the latest fundraising has increased the value of the stake. Coinsilium is raising £1.25m at 3p/share and a retail offer could generate a further £250,000.

Telecoms components supplier Unigel Group (UNX) improved turnover from £28.5m to £29.2m in 2024. Pre-tax profit jumped from £815,000 to £2.13m. The growth came in the steel tapes business. Some manufacturing is being moved to the US to shield the company from potential tariffs.

Oscillate (MUSH) is planning a work programme for the Duekoue copper gold molybdenum prospect in Cote d’Ivoire. This involves geological mapping and soil sampling, plus ground magnetics. Further mapping will be undertaken.

SuperSeed Capital (SEED) had net assets of 125p/share at the end of 2024. The funds it manages will benefit from opportunities in digital transformation, operational efficiency and AI.

Visum Technologies (VIS) intends to acquire CandC Gordan for £414,000 in shares at 0.5p/share. The company being acquired offers shared workspace to facilitate app development. There are plans to restructure debt in return for 142 million shares.

RentGuarantor Holdings (RGG) is raising £2m at 250p/share. The funds will expand the rent guarantee business and enable the hiring of staff. It will also finance the initial costs of a move to AIM.

Meme Vault has changed its name to Vault Ventures (MEME) and it will incubate start-ups and targeting investment opportunities. Cash is being invested in cryptocurrency.

VVV Resources (VVV) is raising £900,000 at 1p/share and the underwriting commission to Campana Investments will be £90,000. This follows a previous subscription by Campana of £100,000.

Constantine Logothetis has increased his stake in SulNOx Group (SNOX) to 28.8%. BWA Holdings (BWAP) chairman Jonathan Wearing has bought 500,000 shares at 0.25p each. A share issue has paid off £21,600 of liabilities.

ASSET MATCH

Zytronic (ZYT) has moved from AIM to Asset Match on 15 May. The company is being wound up. The first auction will be on 20 June.

AIM

Pawnbroker H&T (HAT) is recommending a 650p/share cash bid from FirstCash and shareholders will also receive the previously announced 11p/share final dividend. This values H&T at £297m. FirstCash operates pawnbrokers in the US and Latin America and this deal will take it into the UK. The additional backing could accelerate expansion. H&T rejected the first approach and started talks after the fourth proposal. The bid values H&T at 12 times prospective 2025 earnings.

Bain Capital is considering a potential offer for Craneware (CRW), although it is still early days. Scotland-based Craneware provides accounting and billing software to US hospitals. In the year to June 2025, Craneware is forecast to generate revenues of $206.8m and pre-tax profit of $44.1m.

Angling Direct (ANG) revenues increased from £81.7m to £91.3m in the year to January 2025. There were six new stores in the UK, three of which were acquired, and a store was opened in the Netherlands one year ago. The MyAD club has 409,000 members and is helping to increase spending, and it is being offered in Europe. The European loss was reduced, and group pre-tax profit was one-quarter higher at £2m. Net cash is £12.1m after capital investment and share buybacks. Angling Direct is doing well in a consolidating retail market for fishing tackle retailers.

Vertu Motors (VTU) is not immune to the tough new car market, but its performance is relatively good compared with the market. It is the fourth largest motor dealer in the UK. It has 198 dealerships. Government targets for electric vehicle sales have been the major disrupting factor for the car market, on top of the economic uncertainty. Aftermarket business has helped to offset the lower contribution from new car sales. This is less cyclical. There was also some growth in revenues from used cars, where there appears to be a more positive outlook, and fleet sales. In the year to February 2025, pre-tax profit fell from £34.7m to £29.3m. The dividend was cut from 2.35p/share to 2.05p/share. Net debt was £160.6m at the end of February 2025. Net tangible assets are 72.9p/share. The decision to rebrand every outlet with the Vertu name will make it easier to promote the company.

Iodine supplier Iofina (IOF) improved 2024 revenues from $50m to $54.5m, while pre-tax profit fell from $8.5m to $4.8m. There was a change in mix of sales with more iodine-based products sold, while crystallised iodine sales were flat. Net cash was $2.9m at the end of the year, although capital investment is likely to lead to net debt by the end of 2025. Iodine prices remain strong at above $70/kg. The IO#11 plant should begin production in the summer. Iodine production has been affected by bad weather earlier this year. First quarter production was 124.1MT and first half production of nearly 300MT is forecast for the first half. Pre-tax profit could recover to $7.3m this year.

Energy as a service provider eEnergy Group (EAAS) has entered a partnership with US-based energy as a service provider Redaptive Inc, which will provide up to £100m to support new projects. eEnergy will project manage and deliver LED and solar on behalf of Redaptive customer base in Europe. These projects will be fully funded and eEnergy cash flow will improve. The current NatWest facility can only be used for public projects.

DSW Capital (DSW) had a strong second half with full year figures set to be ahead of expectations. The professional services provider increased network revenues by 61% to £25.8m, including an additional £3m of mergers and acquisitions business ahead of last year’s Budget. Business continued to be active post-Budget and has continued into the new financial year. Pre-tax profit of £1.6m is expected. Forecast 2024-25 pre-tax profit estimate has been changed from £1.43m to £1.7m, while the current year forecast is maintained at £2.5m, when there will be a full contribution from DR Solicitors.

Staff provider Staffline (STAF) has won a new contract with food and drink logistics provider Culina that could be worth £300m over three years. This should commence in the summer. There will be initial implementation costs in 2025. Panmure Liberum has raised its 2025 pre-tax profit forecast from £5.3m to £6m. The 2026 estimate is increased from £5.7m to £8.3m.

Volvere (VLE) improved pre-tax profit from £2.73m to £4.84m in 2024. Consolidated NAV rose from £14.83/share to £17.20/share. Cash of £27.8m is the equivalent of two-thirds of NAV. The trading subsidiary is Shire Foods. Management is seeking other food acquisitions, as well as opportunities in other sectors.

Synthetic binders developer Aptamer (APTA) has gained two fee-for-service development contracts worth up to £231,000, plus licence heads of terms with a global provider of speciality enzymes. The licence agreement covers Optimer binders developed via two fee-for-service contacts. There will be milestone payments and a 10% royalty. New data for the Optimer therapeutic delivery vehicle for liver fibrosis developed in collaboration with AstraZeneca shows it effectively targets fibrosis in the liver as well as the kidney, skin, lung, and heart.

Venture Life Group (VLG) is selling its contract development and manufacturing business to Italy based BioDue so that it can focus on its own self care brands. There will also be a ten year manufacturing agreement. The disposal includes some non-core brands and will generate £53m. The remaining business should have annual revenues of £43m and cash to acquire more brands. The prospective 2026 earnings multiple is eight.

Cosmetics supplier Revolution Beauty (REVB) has got additional productions into retailers and launched the RELOVE brand, but the US and online wholesale markets are weak. Full year revenues fell 26% to £141.6m. A £10.9m loss is forecast for the year to February 2025. Inventory levels have been slashed, but net debt increased to £26.3m at the end of February 2025, which leaves little flexibility in terms of cash. It could stay at around that level by February 2026, although the company could be near to breakeven this year.

Retail software developer itim Group (ITIM) increased revenues by 11% to £17.9m in 2024. Annualised recurring revenues were flat at £13m, but that was a result of currency movements and there was underlying growth. Services revenues increased helping to improve short-term profitability. There was a swing from loss to a pre-tax profit of £200,000. Cash doubled to £3.8m. There is a strong pipeline of potential business, but the timing of decisions by retailers remains uncertain. A further improvement in profit is expected in 2025.

88 Energy (88E) has completed its 25-for-one share consolidation. The previous closing price was the equivalent of 1.4375p. The share price has declined 35.7% to 0.925p.

MAIN MARKET

Mental health treatments developer Solvonis Therapeutics (SVNS) raised £2m at 0.13p/share. The new shares are 40% of the enlarged share capital. The company is making progress to completing the acquisition of Awakn Life Sciences, which will lead to a further 2.07 billion shares being issued. The cash will provide working capital.

AQUIS STOCK EXCHANGE

The Small Cap awards 2025 shortlist for Aquis company of the year comprises Ananda Pharma (ANA), EDX Medical (EDX), Oberon Investments (OBE), SulNOx Group (SNOX) and Valereum (VLRM).  SulNOx Group has been granted patents for its fuel emissions reduction additives in eight African countries. Shares in Ananda Pharma have started trading on the OTCQB market in the US.

Prize draws operator Good Life Plus (GDLF) has raised £860,000 through shares issued at 2.15p/share, which is a premium to the market price, to Winforton Investments, which is associated with Sportingbet founder Mark Blandford. Another of his investment companies is converting £1m of convertible loan notes at the subscription price. The cash will finance attracting additional customers and media partnerships. Management wants to improve retention and average spending per user through the premium subscription product.

RentGuarantor Holdings (RGG) says shareholders wish to improve liquidity and there are plans to move to AIM in the summer to help with this.

Wishbone Gold (WSBN) has completed the reorganisation of the Western Australia subsidiary. Liabilities have been paid, and this is a step to taking full control of the Red Setter and Cottesloe projects. Geologist Edward Mead has been appointed a director, and he has experience in the Pilbara region of Western Australia.

Invinity Energy Systems (IES) says its partner Frontier Power has signed a Long Duration Energy Storage (LDES) joint development agreement with Ethos Green Energy, who will provide land for projects. This could support up to 20 GWh of storage projects and Frontier Power has reserved up to 2GWh of Invinity Energy Systems manufacturing capacity to support bids.

Campus Investments, which is controlled by David Rowland, is subscribing £1m in VVV Resources (VVV) at 1p/share assuming an agreement with his fully listed company R8 Capital Investments (MODE) over money it is owed. Jonathan Rowland and Richard Morecroft will join the board, and the company will change its name to VVV Sports to reflect the move into sports services.

Sameer Prasad has increased his stake in Investment Evolution Credit (IEC) from 6.99% to 7.37%.

Evrima (EVA) has appointed David Eaton as a non-executive director, and he has corporate finance experience in North America. The shares will be traded on the Open Market of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. Mark Jackson has increased his stake from 3.12% to 4.13%. Chief executive Burns Singh Tennent-Bhohi has bought 1.9 million shares at prices between 0.5p to 0.6p each.

Jonathan Swaine is stepping down as managing director, pubs at Shepherd Neame (SHEP). He will not be directly replaced.

AIM

Lung cancer diagnostics developer Lung Life AI (LLAI) still plans to leave AIM following its US distribution deal, which requires shareholder approval. This will leave LungLife AI with the activities of running the LungLB test and collecting royalties. Circulogene will have exclusive rights to distribute and further development the LungLB lung cancer diagnostic in the US and the other countries it is involved in. It will also receive some of LungLife AI’s equipment. The royalty payment will be 20% of net revenues generated by the test in the first year, reducing to 15% in the second year. This is a two year agreement with potential for annual renewals. There is an option for Circulogene toacquire all the IP and licences for $6.2m less any payments already made. Circulogene is making an advanced payment of $375,000, which is returnable if the deal does not go ahead. There was $850,000 in cash at the end of March and costs are being reduced. An application has been submitted to a Medicare contractor for the technical assessment of LungLB.

Jarvis Securities (JIM) is selling its execution only broking business to Interactive Investor for £11m and winding down its clearing and settlement operations. Completion will happen when client agreements are transferred and that should happen in early July. The board believes that winding up the remaining operations and returning the remaining cash to investors is the best outcome. It will take 15 months to wind up the business. There are no plans to make an acquisition and shareholder approval will be sought for cancelling the AIM quotation. The share price slumped 70.2% to 12.5p, which is the lowest it has ever been.

Steel structures supplier Billington (BILN) had an exceptionally good 2023, so it is not surprising that revenues fell from £132.5m to £113.1m in 2024. That meant that pre-tax profit fell from £13.4m to £10.8m. There was a special dividend of 13p/share last year, so the ongoing dividend was raised from 20p/share to 25p/share. Trading got tougher in the second half and management is focusing on contacts with sufficient margins rather than chasing sales. Even so, the order book remains strong. Trading will be second half weighted in 2025, and pre-tax profit is expected to dip to £7.3m, downgraded by 24% from the previous Cavendish estimate. Net cash is £21.7m and it should not fall significantly this year, even after higher capital expenditure, which should peak this year. NAV is 410p/share.

Ruggedised plug-in cards developer Concurrent Technologies (CNC) is benefiting from its strategy to bring new products to market in a quicker fashion. This has led to significant contract wins. In 2024, revenues increased from £31.7m to £40.3m, which is more than double the 2022 figure. Pre-tax profit improved from £3.7m to £5.2m. The dividend was raised 10% to 1.1p/share. Revenues of £43m are forecast for 2025 with pre-tax profit of £6m.

Sexual health products developer Futura Medical (FUM) reported figures in line with its trading statement in January. That had already warned that sales of erectile dysfunction treatment Eroxon were growing more slowly than anticipated. Product revenues more than doubled from £3.1m to £6.8m last year. There was also £7.1m of milestone payments. The over the counter product is in lock boxes in US pharmacies that makes it more difficult for potential purchasers to ask for Eroxon. The marketing focus is being refined to men under 60 years old, where efficacy is better. There is net cash of £6.6m and that should last two years.

On Monday, Alba Mineral Resources (ALBA) announced the second auction of a limited edition coin containing one ounce of Welsh gold. The first auction put a price of £20,000 on the coin, which was more than eight times the price of gold at the time. The estimate had been set at £20,000-£25,000. The second coin auction closed on 16 April and the share price jumped on the following day. According to the auction website the coin was not sold. The estimate was £22,500-£32,500, so the bidding probably did not reach that level. There is a third gold coin.

Catenai (CTAI) proposes a sub-division of capital because the share price is lower than the nominal value so no shares can be issued to raise money. The nominal value will be reduced from 0.2p to 0.01p. Catenai recently announced that it had raised £750,000 at 0.15p/share, including a £150,000 subscription by Sanderson Capital Partners. Director fees of £450,000 have been settle by the issue of 30 million shares. Catenai intends invest in Alludium, which has developed a platform for AI process automation. Subject to shareholder approval, £500,000 will be invested in Alludium and when cash is received from Klarian, or raised in a share issue, a further £450,000 may be invested. That would be a 13% stake in Alludium in total.

North Sea gas project developer Deltic Energy (DELT) estimates gross 2C contingent resources of 174bcf at the Selene gas project – a one-third increase on the previous figure. Deltic Energy has a 25% interest in the Selene gas project and its share of post-tax NPV10 estimate is $83m net at 80p/therm. Modelling suggests enhanced production potential from the B-sand interval. A final investment decision could happen in early 2027.

Battery technology developer Gelion (GELN) says initial tests of its sulfur battery technology show robust capacity retention and the achievement of more than 1,000 charge/discharge cycles. This has led to a materials testing agreement with a tier-one battery manufacturer and this should start shortly. Gelion will also recognise £780,000 of revenues relating to the battery energy storage system delivered to Borg Group. A placing and subscription raised £2m at 9p/share and a retail offer could raise up to £191,000. The cash will be used to fund business development, collaborations and the strategic partnership with the Max Planck Institute, which will accelerate the move towards commercialisation.

Sales were weak in February, but online women’s clothing retailer Sosandar (SOS) says fourth quarter sales were in line with expectations. Full year sales have fallen by one-fifth, with a 10% decline in the fourth quarter. Gross margins have improved, though. Six stores have been opened. Net cash is £7.1m. Singer has halved its pre-tax profit estimate for 2024-25 to £500,000. The 2025-26 figure is unchanged at £1.5m.

Musical instruments retailer Gear4Music (G4M) has acquired assets from the administrators of GAK (GAK.co.uk Ltd and The Guitar, Amp & Keyboard Centre Ltd). The stock purchased cost £600,000 but could have a value three times that figure. Gear4Music had been hit by discounting by GAK. There are no plans to use the GAK trading brand. There has been an improvement in trading with sales growth in double digits in recent weeks.

MAIN MARKET

Aura Renewable Acquisitions (ARA) is not going ahead with the acquisition of Zero Carbon Technologies and trading in the shares has recommenced. A minimal amount of due diligence costs were incurred. At the end of 2024, there was cash of £486,000.

Motor finance provider S and U (SUS) has been hit by the uncertainty concerning its core market. There was also a larger impairment charge. The Aspen bridging loan business continues to grow and enabled full year revenues were flat at £115.6m. Pre-tax profit fell from £33.6m to £24m. The total dividend was reduced from 120p/share to 100p/share.

AQUIS STOCK EXCHANGE

Rebel shareholders failed to win any of their three resolutions, including the removal of the chief executive, at the requisitioned general meeting of ProBiotix Health (PBX). Broker Peterhouse said that major shareholder OptiBiotix Health (OPTI) was not allowed to vote its shares at the meeting because of the relationship agreement from the flotation of the probiotics developer. OptiBiotix Health owns 53.5 million shares, and the votes were lost by less than 36 million shares.

Surgical treatments provider One Health Group (OHGR) interim revenues were more than one-fifth higher at £13.4m. New patients increased by 29%. The second half is likely to better than expected. That means that full year EBITDA should be higher than £1.9bn. There was cash of £4.9m at the end of September 2024. A move to AIM is being considered.

Aquis Exchange (AQX) and Cboe Europe are assessing a joint bid to provide an EU consolidated tape of stock trades. The European Commission has decided to create a single entity to operate a real-time, trade consolidated tape. The European Securities and Market Authority will select the business to take on the role. The plan is for the two companies to set up a joint venture called SimpliCT, which will be based in the Netherlands, to bid for the role of equity consolidated tape provider.

Luxury prize draw organiser Good Life Plus (GDLF) has achieved £330,000 in monthly recurring revenues. There are more than 40,000 subscribers and churn has been reduced. In the six months to July 2024, revenues were £1.69m. There was a £2.21m cash outflow from operating activities. There was a fundraising after the balance sheet date. Richard Johnston has been appointed as finance director.

Macaulay Capital (MCAP) investee company Vale Foods has repaid a £125,000 loan and this has been reinvested in shares in the latest fundraising of £430,000. A £100,000 loan has been made to another investee company.

Health IT provider DXS International (DXSP) has won its first NHS commercial contract for its AI ExpertCare Clinical Decision Support product. In the year to April 2024, revenues were 2% ahead at £3.31m, There was an impairment charge of £4.38m. Even without that write-down the company fell into loss. Chairman Bob Sutcliffe bought 50,000 shares at 1p each and 133,333 shares at 1.5p each. He owns 1.74% of the company.

KR1 (KR1) had net assets of 62.15p/share at the end of September 2024. The income from digital assets was £592,000 during September.

Social commerce platform investor WeCap (WCAP) says WeShop is considering a listing. If its convertible loans are converted into shares WeCap would own 16% of WeShop. The investment in Bio2pure of £100,000 has been written down to nil. At the end of April cash was £49,000 and net assets were £7.39m.

Rogue Baron (SHNJ) says Sinju Japanese Whisky will be available in the US in the third week of November. The latest shipment of 800 cases has been presold.

Marula Mining (MARU) is stockpiling ore at the Kinusi copper mine. Samples have been sent to South Africa for test work and the results will help to design the first phase of the processing facilities. Three trial shipments are about to be sold.

Fenikso (FNK) is launching a share buyback of up to 49.3 million shares. A further $404,000 has been received in loan repayments. The remaining loan is worth nearly $39m.

Chris Akers’ stake in Oscillate (MUSH) has been reduced from 5.94% to less than 3%. Peterhouse Capital has also reduced its stake below 3%. Jonathan Neame has bought 7,000 Shepherd Neame (SHEP) shares at 569.5p each.

Investment Evolution Credit (IEC) raised £475,000 at 1p each and there is a broker option to issue up to three million more shares.

Unigel Group (UNX) is paying an interim dividend of 1.5p/share on 22 November.

AIM

Energy supplier and energy efficiency services provider Good Energy (GOOD) received an unsolicited bid from Dubai-based Esyasoft Holding Ltd. Esyasoft offers a range of products. They include the Smart Grid Suite, which is a cloud-based integration platform that manages workflow and communications between utilities and meters and an energy mobility business.

Payments technology developer Eckoh (ECK) is recommending a 54p/share bid from funds managed by Bridgepoint Advisers II. The bid values Eckoh at £169.3m. The share price has not been at that level since the end of 2022, but it is the price indicated back in August. The bid values Eckoh at 20 times prospective 2025-26 earnings.

Nexus Infrastructure (NEXS) is spending some of its cash pile on Coleman Construction & Utilities, which is involved in civil engineering for water and marine sectors. This diversifies the business away from housebuilding infrastructure. The purchase will cost up to £4.4m and be immediately earnings enhancing – EBITDA was £700,000 last year. Trading is in line with expectations and the loss should be halved to £2.4m in the year to September 2024. A small loss is still expected this year.

Emmerson (LON: EML) says it filed an appeal against the unfavourable recommendation for its ESIA application for the Moroccan potash project, but the regional authorities say that they cannot examine the ESIA submission again. Emmerson subsequently notified the Moroccan government of an investment dispute and argues that the government is violating an agreement between the UK and Morocco. The dispute can be submitted to the International Centre for the Settlement of Investment Disputes. Prior to this, the company is seeking cash compensation from the government. Emmerson is trying to reduce its cash burn, but that will mean that there will be no progress with the development of the project. Two non-executive directors are stepping down and the two remaining non-executives will take fees in shares, while the chief executives pay will be reduced by two-fifths.

Construction dispute and expert witness services provider Diales (DIAL) says that there will be a small improvement in revenues and profit in the year to September 2024. Pre-tax profit will be at least £1.1m, up from £1m. The cost base has been reduced. Net cash is £4.3m. Diales is pulling out of the US. It will still have a Canadian operation, and South America is handled from Spain.

MicroSalt (SALT) has received an initial purchase order for 50,000lbs of low-sodium salt from a major food and drink manufacturer for one of its product lines. Annualised volumes should be 200,000lbs and there could be orders for two other products. There is also a follow-on order from a B2B customer and the 63,860lbs will be delivered in January. Two other B2B orders have been won.

Tlou Energy (TLOU) is seeking shareholder approval at its AGM to leave AIM. The shares will still be traded on the ASX and the Botswana Stock Exchange. Interest in the company has dwindled and the departure will save money. UK shareholders are offered the chance to transfer their holding to the ASX depositary in exchange for ASX-listed shares at no cost. Tlou Energy released a first quarter update indicating progress with the Lesedi CBM gas-to-power project in Botswana. First electricity sales are expected in the middle of next year. There was an operating cash outflow of A$800,000, plus A$1.7m of capital investment in the period.

Cleaning services provider React (REAT) has made the earnings enhancing acquisition of 24hr Aquaflow Services for £5m plus contingent payments of up to £2.4m. It will still be enhancing after a £1.1m placing at 81p/share. 24hr Aquaflow Services is a drainage and plumbing services provider.  This adds to group services.

Shield Therapeutics (STX) generated $7.2m from 43,500 ACCRUFeR prescriptions in the third quarter, which was slightly lower than forecast. The average net selling price is $167, and this could rise to $192 in the fourth quarter. Total nine-month revenues are $20m and the 2024 figure should hit $31.5m. Management admits that more cash will be required, and costs are being reduced. Sallyport is providing a $15m facility, up from $10m previously, and AOP Health has agreed to subscribe $10m for shares at 4p each.

Prospex Energy (PXEN) says third quarter gas production of its Italian interests, where it has a 37% stake, was 76,910scm/day. Prospex Energy’s net revenues for the quarter were €1m, which is a record. There should be a further increase in gas production in the fourth quarter.

Deltic Energy (DELT) says wireline logging and fluid sampling confirm the gas discovery at Selene in the North Sea, where it has a 25% working interest. The reservoir quality is better than expected, but it is deeper than anticipated which means that recoverable gas volumes of 131bcf are lower than previous estimates of 320bcf. This should still be economically viable. Further work is required, though.

Transport technology services provider Microlise Group (SAAS) has been hit by a cyber security incident. This has disrupted services, and they are currently inactive. Cyber security specialists have been appointed.

MAIN MARKET

Tin projects developer First Tin (1SN) has raised £8m at 6p/share. The cash will go towards the Taronga project in Australia and funding the enhancements highlighted in the definitive feasibility study. This could increase the project NPV to A$400m. The environmental impact statement will be completed so that initial project work can commence. There will also be cash to progress permitting at the Tellerhauser project in Germany.

Mears (MER) says trading is strong and margins are improving. The 2024 figures will be better than expected with revenues of £1.13bn and pre-tax profit of at least £60m.

A general meeting has been requisitioned at nanomaterials developer Nanoco (NANO) by Milwood Fund, which wants two of its employees to be given board seats. It appears Milkwood may want to sell assets and turn Nanoco into a shell.

Motor dealer Caffyns (CFYN) is selling its freehold premises in Lewis to Lidl for £4.65m, which is equal to book value. The pension fund will receive £2.4m and the rest will reduce debt. The Lotus dealership will be relocated.

Critical Minerals (CRTM) is making progress with the Molulu copper cobalt project in the DRC and is on course to start delivering ore. Two additional mineralised zones have been identified. Terms of a new offtake agreement have been secured with OM Metals following good copper grades from ore testing. Since the balance sheet there has been a £455,000 investment by NIU Invest.

Digital assets investor KR1 (KR1) reported interim revenues from those digital assets improving from £3.91m to £8.72m, although lower gains on disposals of assets meant that the pre-tax profit edged up from £10m to £10.3m. There was £1.5m in cash in the balance sheet at the end of June 2024. NAV was 82.01p/share at the end of June 2024 and this has fallen back to 71.92p/share at the end of July 2024.

Oscillate (MUSH) has signed an agreement to acquire Quantum Hydrogen for £1.4m in shares. The Minnesota exploration acreage has potential for hydrogen gas. There was £500,000 raised at 1p/share. Investee company Shortwave Life Sciences (PSY) announced positive safety results for its proprietary psilocybin-based drug combination.

Equipmake (EQIP) has received an order from Genco Energy, which is a supplier to Kiwi Bus Builders in New Zealand. This covers four zero emission drivetrains for trail electric buses. There are discussions for the supply of more drivetrains.

Food and beverages company Essentially (ESSN) has renegotiated supplier terms and its beverages are being sold in more stores. The Best of Latin was acquired in May. Interim revenues rose from £593,000 to £920,000. The loss was reduced from £400,000 to £236,000.

Macaulay Capital (MCAP) net assets declined from £1.36m to £1.17m in the six months to June 2024. The company has seven portfolio companies.

Mollyroe (MOY) had net assets of £267,000 at the end of June 2024 and that includes cash of £312,000. Management is seeking opportunities.

Telecom fibre optic cable components supplier Unigel (UNX) interim revenues declined from £18m to £14.8m, but higher gross margins mean that pre-tax profit improved from £630,000 to £930,000. Productivity improved and there were greater sales of higher margin products.

IntelliAM AI (INT) has won contracts with Hovis manufacturing sites, and they are worth £100,000 over 12 months.

Wishbone Gold (WSBN) has raised £360,000 at 0.375p. This will provide working capital. New 3D modelling at the Red Setter prospect owned by Wishbone Gold shows a high quality target, plus the structure of a dome target. The assessment of the Western Australia shows gold, some near the surface, and copper resource.

Probiotix Health (PBX) has secured an agreement with Greek consumer business Eifron, which will introduce YourBiotix tablets in early 2025 under its own brand. There will also be other products using Probiotix Health’s core ingredient launched.

Valereum (VLRM) says that its El Salvador subsidiary has obtained a Digital Asset Service Provider licence. This enables it to operate a real world asset ecosystem.

Marula Mining (MARU) reported a higher loss in 2023. There was a £913,000 cash outflow from operating activities. There was also a £1.67m outflow from investing activities. The first manganese export sales have been completed from the Larisoro manganese mine.

Watchstone Group (WTG) had net assets of £5.8m at the end of June 2024. That includes cash of £6.2m, but a return of capital has reduced the cash balance to £1.7m.

Adsure Services (ADS) has declared a final dividend of 0.99p/share. The ex-dividend date is 17 October.

Ananda Developments (ANA) raised £80,000 from a retail offer at 0.3p/share. This is on top of the £2.1m already raised.

Daniel Thwaites (THW) director RAJ Bailey bought 45,000 shares ate 85.05p each and 13,000 shares at 85.25p each. He owns 1.3%. Constantine Logothetis has acquired more shares in SulNOx Group (SNOX) taking his total to 25.1%. William Black and Armstrong Investments has increased its stake in EPE Special Opportunities (EO.P) from 5.1% to 6.02%.

AIM

Steel structures supplier Billington (BILN) was always going to have a tough time maintaining the 2023 figures and interim revenues fell 4% to £57.9m. Pre-tax profit was flat at £4.6m, although building safety products made a higher contribution offsetting a decline in structural steel. Net cash is still £21.9m even after the 33p/share dividend. The second half will not hold up as well. Cavendish has upgraded its 2024 forecast for the second time in six months. Pre-tax profit has been raised from £8.5m to £9.25m, still well down on the 2023 figure of £13.4m.

Digital coupons and loyalty technology provider Eagle Eye (EYE) continues to grow at an impressive rate as more retailers take up its technology with AI providing additional revenue opportunities. In the year to June 2024, revenues were 11% ahead at £47.7m, while pre-tax profit improved from £4.5m to £6.1m. Net cash is £9.1m and it will continue to build up. The five-year target is revenues of £100m.

Judges Scientific (JDG) had a tough first half. Organic revenues were 3% lower with China the weakest market. The international nature of the business helps to offset some of the downturns in specific markets. Pre-tax profit fell 16% to £10.8m. The order book covers 17 weeks of revenues. Panmure Liberum expects a dip in full year pre-tax profit from £31.7m to £30.7m. The recently announced Geotek contract will benefit the 2025 results.

Good Energy (GOOD) continues its transformation into an energy services business, but the real change will not be seen until next year when they start to make a positive contribution. The reduction in energy prices hit revenues of the supply business and profitability. The first half of the previous year was a beneficiary of high gas prices, so it is no surprise that revenues declined sharply from £156.1m to £97.4m. Pre-tax profit slumped from £13.1m to £4.4m.

There is a better outlook for kettle controls and water filtration products supplier Strix (KETL) following significant restructuring and cost cutting in the first half. This led to large exceptional charges. Interim revenues improved 2% to £66.1m and pre-tax profit rose from £6.9m to £7.8m. This excludes the Halopure business, which is up for sale. There were improved profit contributions from all three divisions. There is no interim dividend. Net debt has fallen to £68.8m.

Packaging equipment and automation provider Mpac Group (MPAC) is acquiring BCA Automation for £12.9m in cash and shares. The acquired business focuses on robotics and conveyor systems for food and other sectors, so it fits well with the existing business. The Boston-based business focuses on the packaging area, whereas Mpac is focused on earlier stages of production.

Ceramic and fragrance products supplier Portmeirion (PMP) had flagged the interim figures. Revenues fell 17% and there was a loss of £2m. Costs are being lowered and this has enabled full year estimates to be maintained with pre-tax profit expected to recover from £3m to £4.2m. This will come via cost savings and additional revenues. The dividend is being rebalanced from 3.5p/share to 1.5p/share, but the total dividend for 2024 should be higher than last year’s 5.5p/share.

There was yet another upgrade for Warpaint London (W7L) from Shore Capital following the interim figures today. There was strong growth in Europe and the UK. North America grew slightly but the focus is higher margin business. Gross margins continue to improve. Overall group sales were one-quarter ahead at £45.8m and pre-tax profit jumped from £6.3m to £11m. The full year pre-tax profit forecast has been raised 5% to £24.5m.

Kinovo (KINO) has won an 18-month contract with Hackney council. It is worth up to £12m and covers a range of decarbonisation works on 300 properties. The work should start in the fourth quarter of 2024. There is also another contract with Hackney worth £400,000. This work replaces another contract that is being retendered.

Intermediaries services provider Fintel (FNTL) grew interim revenues from £31.7m to £35.7m, helped by acquisitions. Zeus has updated its forecasts for the most recent acquisition ThreeSixty Services. The 2024 revenues have been raised from £74.3m to £77.5m, while pre-tax profit has been reduced from £18.4m to £17.2m.

DP Poland (DPP) generated like-for-like growth of 22% in the first half and the growth remains above 20% in the second half. Money raised this year is being invested in new Domino’s sites in Poland. There is also growth in franchising with four corporate stores sold to an overseas operator. The loss is reducing, and DP Poland could move into profit in 2025.

Phoenix Copper (PXC) has published the pre-feasibility study for the Empire open pit mine in Idaho. Discounted NPV at 7.5% discount is $87.9m and total cash costs are estimated at $2.44/copper equivalent pound. Over eight years the mine could generate net free cashflow of $153m. Further exploration planning is happening, and equipment is being purchased for the processing site.

Global Petroleum (GBP) has risen on the back of yesterday’s application two additional licences near to an existing Juno licence in Western Australia, where it increased its stake from 70% to 80%. This is near the Havieron project. Precious and base metals targets have been identified that have similar characteristics to the existing licence. The company has appointed Omar Alumad, who it says has a record of identifying early opportunities, as chief executive and Hamza Choudhry as finance director.

Software training services provider Northcoders (CODE) reported a 26% increase in interim revenues to £4.4m. Registrations for courses were at record levels. There was a small interim pre-tax profit. Net cash is £700,000. The corporate business has been rebranded Counter. Investment in the cloud and data analytics means that there will be continued demand for Northcoders’ training and services.

Digital media company Catenai (CTAI) reduced its loss from £196,000 to £13,000 in the six months to June 2024. That is down to the fees earned for the £450,000 convertible loan note investment in oil and gas-focused data analytics company Klarian and reduced costs. Catenai has also moved from net liabilities to net assets. The cash position has improved to £31,500.

Africa-focused energy company Chariot Ltd (CHAR) has completed the drilling of the Anchois-3 main hole. It encountered gas, but gas pays are thinner than pre-drill estimates. The well will be abandoned. The next step for the project is being discussed with joint venture partners.

Rockfire Resources (ROCK) raised £450,000 at 0.1p/share to continue the development of Molaoi zinc silver lead project in Greece. Earlier in the month, the JORC resource was raised by 500% to 1.09 million tonnes of zinc, 260,000 tonnes of lead and 19.1 million ounces of silver. A retail offer to existing shareholders of up to £250,000 managed to raise £82,000.

MAIN MARKET

Motor and property finance lender S and U (SUS) says that motor business remains challenging, although this could improve in the second half if FCA restrictions are removed. Property lending is still growing. The interims will be published on 8 October.

Trading in Hostmore (MORE) shares has been suspended and then cancelled because the company is being placed in administration.

Shipbroker Braemar (BMS) reassured investors about 2024-25 trading. Interim operating profit should be slightly higher than the £7.6m reported in the same period last year. There is £3.3m in cash. Management is confident about the rest of this year and next year despite continued volatility in shipping markets.

DG Innovate (DGI) raised £620,000 at 0.075p/share with management promising to subscribe £200,000 when the energy storage technology developer is not in a closed period. This will fund development of e-drives and energy storage products. It will also help to fund setting up a joint venture with EVage Automotive.

Becket Invest (TAB) has agreed to buy SMT Holdings, which will invest in strategic metals and rare earths used in technology and aerospace.
