Cardiometabolic health products developer ProBiotix Health (PBX) increased sales by 45% to £2.72m in 2025 and reduced the loss. During the year, ProBiotix entered the Korean market and submitted applications for two new clinical trials. There was £1.27m in the bank at the end of £1.27m. The order book is worth £1.3m. The business has been structured to cope with further growth. There will be a focus on growth in Asia Pacific. In Europe, the company is seeking to substitute its LP LDL product for Monacolin K as a cholesterol lowering ingredient in supplements. There are opportunities in the US, but they could be delayed by the trade background.
AIM-quoted Pulsar Helium (PLSR) has issued a further 145,434 consideration shares to Aquis-quoted Oscillate (SRVL) as part of the deal to acquire Quantum Hydrogen. This takes the stake to 80% with an option to acquire the rest for $400,000 in shares issued in five equal instalments.
Astrid Intelligence (ASTR) has acquired TaoFi, which provides transactional and liquidity services that are essential to the operation of the Bittensor ecosystem. This strengthens the company’s position in protocol-level services. The consideration was paid in TAO tokens.
Connecting Excellence (XCE) has received settlement of 10 Bitcoin for the first XCE BTC Bond, issued on 31 December 2025 with a BTC price of £65,104.26. the company has 51.35988275 Bitcoin.
Bitcoin investor Stack BTC (STAK), formerly Kasei Digital Assets, returned £3.5m to shareholders and that was the major reason behind the 84.6% decline in the share price to 2p.
Ethereum and technology investment company Ethtry (ETHY) is seeking to develop activities in quantum technology, AI and energy transition services. It has bought 500 Ethereum at £2,412 each. A partnership has been secured with AMINA Bank, which will provide access to regulated banking infrastructure and digital asset services.
Ajax Resources (AJAX) has entered newly negotiated terms for the purchase of the Paguanta project in Chile. The initial payment is $50,000 in cash $350,000 of shares at 25p each. Deferred consideration is $500,000 on proved reserve exceeding 25 million tonnes at more than 5% zinc equivalent and/or $500,000 on proved reserve exceeding five million tonnes of copper.
Bitcoin investor and wed development company The Smarter Web Company (SWC) has bought ten Bitcoin at £67,210 each, taking its holding to 2,674 Bitcoin at an average price of £82,800 each. The total value is £221.4m. The company is moving to the Main Market on 3 February.
Shares in Valereum (VLRM) returned from suspension 10% lower at 11.25p. A share subscription agreement has been signed with Quorium Global Photonics (QGP), which will subscribe for 243.5 million shares. There is a lock-in agreement until the shares are listed on Nasdaq or New York Stock Exchange, except for 1.44% of the shares each month. In return Valereum will receive $200,000 of medium term notes with an annual coupon of 7.95%. That will generate $15.9m/year for five years. A $1bn bank facility is provided for. Sulnox Group (SNOX) has obtained another patent in South Africa. This is for an improved oil/water separation methodology for its emulsification products. Sulnox Group has issued 1.4 million shares to Eastern Pacific Shipping Pte Ltd based on the volume of Sulnox Eco it bought.
Brewer Shepherd Neame (SHEP) says beer volumes fell 6.6% in the first half, while own beer volumes slipped 11.6%. like-for-like pub sales were 4.5% ahead following a strong Christmas period. Tenanted pubs income was 3.1% higher. The interim results will be announced on 18 March.
Maiden figures from Delta Gold Technologies (DGQ) show an interim loss of £126,000 with no revenues. This is to October 2025, so it is before the quantum computing company joined Aquis, raising £2.5m at 10p/share. There is a sponsored research agreement with the University of Toronto.
In the year to August 2025, Capital for Colleagues (CFCP) generated revenues of £1.04m and there was a loss of £1.31m due to reductions in the value of investments. Excluding that, there would have been a profit. NAV was 72.86p/share. There is no dividend.
TechFinancials (TECH) has signed an agreement to acquire up to 60% of the Dilotiko iron ore project in Kenya. The issue of 57.1 million shares has led to the acquisition of 25%. A mining permit is going through an evaluation process. A further 50 million shares would be issued to take the stake to 60%. Gathoni Muchai Investments introduced the deal in return for 20 million shares. Hyde Park Holdings has disposed of its 5.78% stake.
Dr KS Tan bought 16,005 shares in Inqo Investments (INQO) at 47.8p each. He owns 35.6%.
BWA Holdings (BWAP) has generated significant sample results at the Aracan gold project in Cameroon. There were 50 samples that reported gold values greater than 15ppb.

Bigblu Broadband (BBB) has not come to an agreement over deferred consideration for the disposal of Skymesh. The buyer was due to pay up to $6.9m before Christmas. Shareholders have provided funds to support the company in its attempts to resolve the dispute.
AIM
Kitwave Group (KITW) is recommending a 295p/share cash bid from OEP Partners, but it is not supported by all analysts. The bid values the grocery distributor at £251m. The acquirer will support further growth through acquisitions. Interim figures show a 21% increase in revenues to £802.7m, but there was a like-for-like decline of 1%. Underlying operating profit rose 12% to £38m despite the increasing overheads due to higher staff costs. Net debt is £57.3m, down from £63.7m one year earlier. The May 2021 placing price was 150p.
TruFin (TRU) subsidiary Playstack has signed a contract with a global technology platform for a new video game to be released in the second half of 2026. The game will be developed and owned by Playstack. There will be a series of contractual payments and performance-based fees. The board of Playstack is establishing a new management incentive scheme, which could issue up to 15% of the fully diluted share capital in B and C shares. The B shares only vest if a minimum value of £19.6m is achieved on an exit, while the C shares only participate if the value is £45.9m, which increases by an annual interest rate of 12%. TruFin has launched a £6m share buyback.
Goldstone Resources (GRL) is raising £2m at 1p/share, which was more than double the share price ahead of the announcement. The cash will fund exploration at the Homase mine in Ghana to expand the JORC resource and to evaluate other gold projects, including one in Sierra Leone. Asian Investment Management is converting £1.45m of interest on its gold loan to shares at a conversion price base on a gold price of $4,250/ounce, taking its shareholding to 29.9%. This leaves 250 ounces of interest and the principal gold loan of 1,871.31 ounces. Directors are also taking 50% of fees owed in shares at 1p/share.
Phoenix Copper (PXC) says that the increased copper price means that the post tax NPV10 trebles to $185.2m. This is based on the copper price changing from $4.45/lb in the original estimate to $5.58/lb. Indigo Capital has converted $2.1m of loan notes into 26.98 million shares at 1.483p each and is selling 24.2 million shares to European investors.
Water mediation services provider MYCELX Technologies (MYX) grew 2025 revenues by 1405 to $11.7m and this, along with cost controls, has enabled the company to achieve an expected profit of around $360,000. A loss was previously forecast.
Oil and gas company Block Energy (BLOE) has completed the farm-out of licence XIQ (Project IV) following approval from the government of Georgia. Block Energy is fully carried through the staged work programme which could cost $95m. Aspect Georgia will earn up to 75% with an option to increase this to 92.5%.
Genetics based testing company GENinCode (GENI) has raised £3.9m via a placing and subscription at 1p/share – that is more than the £3.5m minimum sought. Up to £500,000 more could be raised by a retail offer, which closes on 26 January. The company has been working with the FDA to gain 510k approval for the CARDIO inCode-Score test. Highlighted deficiencies are being attended to, including a greater emphasis on African American community data and further clinical validation. The cash will fund this and expansion in the UK and EU.
Kromek (KMK) moved from loss to profit in the first half. In the six months to October 2025, revenues jumped from £3.7m to £15m due to a large payment from Siemens Healthineers for imaging technology expertise. Advanced imaging revenues were higher even if that payment is excluded. The CBRN detection division more than doubled revenues. Cavendish is maintaining its full year forecasts with more modest full year growth of revenues from £26.5m to £27.1m, which reflects the second half payment from Siemens last year. The underlying growth of the rest of the business continues. Forecast pre-tax profit is £2.3m. The share price has soared in the past six months.
Airea (AIEA) says demand for its floor tiles was softer in the second half, although full year sales were still 1% ahead at £21.4m. Uncertainty ahead of the Budget hit sales. International sales were 4% down. Operating profit should be better than that reported for 2024. The new manufacturing facility is in the final stages of commissioning.
Loyalty platform provider Eagle Eye (EYE) did better than expected in the first half with underlying growth in revenues of 16% to £22.4m, although the previously announced lost contract meant that the reported figure is 5% lower. Annualised recurring revenues were higher at £42.2m due to contract wins. EBITDA fell from £5.9m to £4.3m. A small full year pre-tax profit is now forecast.
Oil condition monitoring equipment supplier Tan Delta Systems (TAND) generated revenues of £1.2m in 2025, which is one-fifth higher than anticipated. There are customers undertaking trials of equipment that should be near to making purchasing decisions. Net cash was £1.4m at the end of 2025, but a fundraising may be required depending on the rate of new orders.
Iron deficiency treatment developer Shield Therapeutics (STX) expects to achieve an operating profit in 2026, having generated $1m in cash from operations in the fourth quarter of 2025. In 2025, revenues rose from $32m to $50m with $46m coming from iron deficiency treatment ACCRUFeR through a combination of higher prices and more prescriptions. There were 61,000 prescriptions in the fourth quarter, up from 41,000 one year earlier. Cash was $11.6m at the end of 2025, although there is still net debt.
Firering Strategic Minerals (FRG) intends to exercise the next tranche of the Limeco Resources option, which will take its shareholding to 36.2%. Firering Strategic Minerals boss Yuval Cohen will step down and concentrate on his role as chief executive of lime producer Limeco Resources in Zambia. A new kiln will increase production capacity. Youval Rasin will be interim chief executive of Firering Strategic Minerals.
MobilityOne (MBO) has formed a mobile money transfer collaboration in Bangladesh with bKash. It will share fees on remittance transactions by bKash account holders. There will be a modest contribution this year.
More good news for Oracle Power (ORCP) from drilling at the Kalgoorlie gold project in Australia. It has intersected shallow gold mineralisation at the Northern Zone Intrusive Hosted gold project. The best result is 8 metres at 5.81g/t gold. There are a further 16 drillholes due to report results in two batches. It is possible that there is a 600 metre wide zone of shallow oxide mineralisation overlapping the Northern Zone porphyry system.
Trading in Landore Resources (LND) shares recommenced after it published an updated mineral resource estimate for the BAM gold project in Ontario. It includes estimates for the B-47 nickel copper cobalt PGE deposit and VW nickel copper cobalt deposit at the Junior Lake nickel deposit. BAM has indicated gold of 622,300 ounces with 33,700 ounces inferred. B47 has indicated resources of 3,428 tonnes at 0.6% nickel, 0.41% copper, 0.05% cobalt, 0.13g/t platinum, 0.48g/t Pg and 0.03%g/t gold. VW has indicated resources of 3,428 tonnes at 0.4% nickel, 0.05% copper, 0.02% cobalt, 0.03g/t platinum, 0.04g/t Pg and 0.01%g/t gold. Strategic options are being considered for Junior Lake. There are potential changes at subsidiary Landore Resources Canada Inc.
Online retailer Huddled Group (HUD) generated revenues of £19m and an EBITDA loss of £2.5n in 2025. There is a new agreement with Temu and an expansion of product range on Amazon and OnBuy. This provides a showcase for the company’s own websites.
MAIN MARKET
Foam manufacturer Zotefoams (ZTF) had a strong fourth quarter with an improvement in the construction market and continued growth elsewhere. Full year revenues were £158.5m and pre-tax profit 38% ahead at £21.1m. The one weak region was Asia, but the new Vietnam factory should change that.
London BTC (BTC) has appointed Marex, which recently bought Winterflood, as joint corporate adviser as part of its plans to float on Nasdaq.
Golden Rock Global (GCG) is planning to acquire SSS Matrix Corp, which is described as “operating at the intersection of applied AI, commodity market and supply chain management, blockchain-based digital finance and payment systems”. There will be a share issue to pay for the acquisition. Trading in the shares is suspended.

Vault Ventures (VULT) has raised £555,000 at 1p/share. This will be invested in technology. The Vault Accelerator for blockchain and AI development and income generation is in the final stages of implementation.
Mendell Helium (MDH) says that the flow rate for the Rost 1-26 well in Fort Dodge, Kansas has more than doubled to 250Mcf of helium per day, which equates to $1.4m in income in one year. There are discussions with potential partners for additional wells.
SulNOx Group (SNOX) has been granted a patent in Australia. It covers a range of formulation versions which includes both the Berol® 6446 Heavy Sulphur Fuel Oils (HSFO) emulsifiers and Sulnox Eco™ Fuel Conditioners which enhance all diesel, petrol/gasoline and biofuels, and marine fuels.
DXS International (DXSP) was hit by a cyber incident on 14 December. This should net have a material effect on the full year figures.

Ananda Developments (ANA) is pleased with the US Presidential executive order to reschedule cannabis in the USA from Schedule 1 to Schedule 3 under the Controlled Substances Act. This recognises the benefit of medicinal cannabis. This will make it more straightforward to gain FDA approval and potentially make it easier to raise money. Trading in Ananda Developments shares ends on 22 December.
Mark Horrocks has reduced his stake in Lift Global Ventures (LFT) from 19.96% to 17.9%.

Ajax Resources (AJAX) completed a share issue raising £1.2m at 5.5p each and creditors have converted £110,000 of money owed into shares at the same price. Total cash is £2.6m.
First Sentinel has resigned as corporate adviser to Valereum (VLRM) and trading in the shares The company is still trying to complete the transaction with Quorium Global Photonics SPC. The share price fell 7.41% to 12.5p prior to suspension.
EDX Medical (EDX) is commercially launching a new BC95 testing service for early detection of bowel cancer as well as providing assessments of hereditary risks. Interim revenues increased from £18,000 to £173,000, while the loss increased from £1.7m to £2.3m. Cash was £125,000 at the end of September 2025.
Phoenix Digital Assets (PNIX) is redomiciling to Gibraltar. This is due to the regulatory environment and crypto advisory infrastructure.
RootstockLabs Ltd has reduced its stake in Coinsilium (COIN) from 6.69% to 5.32%.
Oscillate (SRVL) has issued an unsecured convertible to raise $400,000. This is equal to the amount to be received for the sale of helium operations. That will be received over 5 months, and the loan note will provide cash in the meantime. It lasts five months and the annual interest rate I 15%. It can be converted into shares if the company moves to AIM.
Connecting Excellence (XCE) has bought 8.12682413 Bitcoin for £560,000, taking the holding to 24.77668182 Bitcoin at a total cost of £1.71m. The next update will be on 5 January.
Oberon Investments (OBE) published increased interim revenues rose 14% to £5.4m with the fastest growth from investment management. Investment in growing the business means that the loss increased from £1.24m to £2.39m. Management believes that like-for-like growth could be 30% this year.
In the six months to September 2025, business assurance provider Adsure Services (ADS) revenue dipped from £5.06m to £4.89m, and pre-tax profit edged down from £330,000 to £310,000. Management says the decline was down to timing issues. Cash was £610,000.

Greenshields Agri Holdings (GAH) improved revenues from £3.95m to £4.27m, while there was a swing from loss to a pre-tax profit of £3.12m. However, this was due to a £4m gain on disposals. Cash generated from operations increased from £340,000 to £1.65m because of a reduction in working capital. Net cash is £1.3m.

Technology enabled PR company Pathos Communications (NEWS) raised £5m at 30p/share ahead of joining AIM on 15 December. Management plans to invest in staff, marketing and technology. The share price ended the week at 32.5p.
Music management company All Things Considered (ATC) switched from Aquis to AIM and raised £8.6m at 125p/share. The share price ended the week at 131.5p.
Kettle components supplier Strix (KETL) is transforming its balance sheet through the £110m sale of Billi, which supplies multifunctional taps, to a private equity-backed Australian bidder. Billi was acquired three years ago for £38m, although Strix has invested in the business since then. Billi has been a growing contributor to the group at a time when other parts of the business have found trading conditions difficult. There are plans for a manufacturing and development agreement. Shareholder approval is required so the sale will not be completed until early next year. Strix will move to a net cash position and a £10m share buyback is planned. The sale equates to 47.8p/share.
The Zimbabwe government has revised its changes to mining royalties and that is good news for Caledonia Mining Corporation (CMCL). The proposed royalty rate of 10% will only come into effect when the gold price exceeds $5,000/ounce, rather than $2,500/ounce. Changes to tax have been withdrawn. The rise in the gold price means that the payback on investment in the Bilboes project could be less than one year. Cavendish has raised its 2025 pe-tax forecast to $131.3m with $163.8m expected in 2026.
The new strategy of Naked Wines (WINE) is already showing signs of paying off and Panmure Liberum has upgraded expectations due to strong pre-Christmas trading. The wines supplier expects full year EBITDA to be at the top of guidance of £5.5m to £7.5m. Panmure Liberum forecasts £7.2m, up from £6.2m. Pre-tax profit of £800,000 is estimated when previously a small loss was expected.
Mkango Resources (MKA) joint venture HyProMag USA, a rare earth recycling and processing business, has expanded the Texas hub facility and is planning a listing in the US in around one year’s time. The NPV of the Texas project and two other sites is $409m based on current market prices. The figure is much higher based on forecast prices. Up front capital costs are $142m.
Chariot (CHAR) has completed a financing for two wind projects in South Africa. The funding is via a subsidiary, and the wind farms should be commissioned in mid-2027. Chariot retains 65% of the subsidiary and Mahlako is paying $17m for 35%. Chariot’s stake is valued at 2p/share. This is the start of the strategy to build up a portfolio of renewable energy assets. The water business, which primarily held the proof-of-concept desalination project in Djibouti, has been sold.
Scotland-based housebuilder Springfield Properties (SPR) has secured a deal with Scottish and Southern Electricity Networks which covers 293 homes across six sites. This will provide income from rentals to help cover building costs on the sites. This deal is part of the new strategy in the north of Scotland, where home will be leased to workers improving the electricity transmission infrastructure.
Bars operator The Revel Collective (TRC) is in discussions with potential acquirors of its businesses and they would not lead to any return for shareholders. There is no likelihood of raising money through a share issue. Trading in the shares will be suspended on 29 December because the 2024-25 annual report will not be published by the end of the year.
Offshore energy market services provider Tekmar Group (TGP) has won a contract with an existing customer worth €8m. This for a major UK offshore wind farm. Revenues should be recognised this year and next year.
Quantum Helium (QHE) says an independent resource report has been published and the best estimate for the Coyote Wash project in Colorado is 0.97bcf of gross recoverable helium. This takes the gross recoverable resource of the company’s projects to 1.1bcf, which have a gross value of $330m. There are also potential oil resources of up to 750,000 barrels. The company also has a 90% working interest in the Sagebrush helium project which has 2U helium reserves of 101MMscf net.
Gaming machines hardware and displays supplier Nexteq (NXQ) has traded in line with expectations in 2025, but management is cautious about next year. A small dip in revenues from $85.5m to $85m in 2026. This has been downgraded from $94.1m because the largest gaming customer has been acquired and the product range rationalised faster than anticipated.
Groundworks company Van Elle (VANL) completed the sale of the Canadian rail business. This raised C$2.7m with a deferred payment of C$2m to be paid during 2026. The total is equivalent to £2.5m but subject to balance sheet adjustments. Meanwhile, revenues of the continuing business rose 12% in the first half.
MAIN MARKET
Seraphim Space Investment Trust (SSIT) investee company ICEYE along with its joint venture partner Rheinmetall has secured a €1.7bn contract for space-based reconnaissance capabilities for the German Armed Forces. This involves a dedicated synthetic aperture radar (SAR) satellite constellation with AI driven image evaluation. The contract starts at the end of 2025 and lasts for five years. ICEYE recently raised €150m in a financing round, which valued the company at €2.4bn. ICEYE is by far the largest investment at just over one-third of the portfolio. The latest contract indicates the maturity of the business and ICEYE could consider a listing in the future. At the end of September 2025, the Seraphim Space IT NAV was £283.6m, which is equivalent to 119.55p/share.
Cash shell Medcaw Investments (MCI) is proposing to acquire Ulvestone, which holds licences for the Eagle Lake gold project in Ontario, Canada, plus a move to AIM.

Kasei Digital Assets (KASH) plans a return of cash to shareholders. There should be £3.4m in cash after selling assets and this should be returned to shareholders. A subscription of £200,000 at 1p/share will provide an additional £100,000 for distribution. The new investors include new executive chairman Kwasi Kwarteng, the former Chancellor of the Exchequer, new non-exec Paul Withers, Daniel Howe and Sam Daughtry, plus existing directors Jai Patel, who will become chief executive, and Brendan Kearns. Bryan Coyne, Steven Davis and Jane Thomason will resign from the board. The unsuccessful digital assets strategy will be adapted with a greater focus on Bitcoin, and more cash raised.
WeCap (WCAP) owns 11.8% of WeShop Holdings (NASDAQ: WSHP), which has joined Nasdaq, There are 806,022 shares owned directly and 2.08 million shares via a 23.5% holding in Community Social Investments Limited (CSIL). The share price was well above $200 at one point last week and ended at $113.40, which means that the stake is worth $31m. Peel Hunt has cut its shareholding in WeCap from 18.4% to below 10%.
Hot Rock Investments (HRIP) has a portfolio of shares, including 150,000 shares in WeShop. The stake is valued at $17m.
Music agent All Things Considered (ATC) is moving to AIM and raising £8.6m at 125p/share. The expected admission date is 17 December, which is four years after joining Aquis at 153p/share. Trading is second half weighted and is currently in line.
Ajax Resources (AJAX) says the terms of the conditional acquisition of the Paguanta zinc, silver and lead project have been revised. It will acquire a company with a 74.81% stake in the project for $37,500 in cash and $37,500 in shares. The seller will retain a 1% net smelter royalty capped at $500,000. The Environmental Impact Assessment has been submitted for the Eureka project and the company issued formal notices to relevant communities. The Environmental Impact Declaration should be issued in early December.
Online consumer loans provider Amazing AI (AAI) is exploring the options of quotations on the Mauritius Stock Exchange and/or the US OTCQB Market. This follows the decision not to go ahead with spinning off 80% of its subsidiary based in Mauritius and retaining the minority stake. Existing company shareholders will receive shares on a pro rata basis.
Evrima (EVA) investee company Eastport Ventures Inc has joined the TSX Venture Exchange. Evima owns 3.83% of the Botswana-focused critical minerals explorer and also holds warrants.
Wishbone Gold (WSBN) is holding a general meeting on 28 November to gain shareholder approval for a 100-for-one share consolidation.
Dominic White has stepped down as a director of technology-based financial services company Eight Capital Partners (ECP).
Energy transition engineering Time To ACT (TTA) says the main subsidiary Diffusion Alloys is likely to be profitable in 2025-26 and 2026-27, although this depends on timing. The order book of large project work is worth more than £4m and most of this will be recognised during 2026. There is enough cash for at least 12 months, but it appears it will not last as long as previously expected. Oberon Capital has been appointed joint broker. The general meeting was postponed.
Financial media company Lift Global Ventures (LFT) intends to change its name to Yorkshire AI and focus on AI investments. It will work with Yorkshire AI Labs (YAIL), where its new executive chairman David Richards is a partner. YAIL has bought a 0.45% stake in IntelliAM. In the year to June 2025, revenues declined from £477,000 to £281,000, but lower costs and a fair value gain rather than loss mean that the loss was reduced from £976,000 to £27,000. Cash was £196,000 at the end of June 2025.
TechFinancials (TECH) has not received placing proceeds of £250,000. Gathoni Muchai Investments has money in the bank, and it is still awaiting regulatory clearance. A further £100,000 will no longer be accepted.
Ethtry (ETHY) has appointed Patrick Chopard as chief executive and David Levis will become a non-executive to devote attention to the battery storage investments.

Chairman James Bannon and chief executive Gary Cottle contributed £225,000 each and they will each receive 2.5 million warrants exercisable at 50p each and 2.5 million warrants exercisable at 100p each. The rest comes from another investor, which will also receive warrants. A further £50,000 has been raised by the exercising of warrants at 4p each.
Mendell Helium (MDH) raised £200,00 at 3p/share. This is a direct investment by an existing shareholder.
B HODL (LON: HODL) has taken its Bitcoin holding to 155.039 and the total cost was £13.1m.

JP Jenkins has been awarded a PISCES (Private Intermittent Securities and Capital Exchange System) operator licence by the Financial Conduct Authority. This will be called the JP Jenkins Private Market, and the JP Jenkins Matched Bargain Facility will continue.
Bespoke kitchens designer and installer John Lewis of Hungerford (JLH), which left AIM on 29 June 2023, joined JP Jenkins on 18 November.
London and Associated Properties (LAS) left the Main Market on 19 November and joined JP Jenkins. The property investor expects to make annual savings of £350,000. There has been a lack of liquidity in the shares.
AIM
CML Microsystems (CML) interims wee hit by supply problems but they should reflect the base from which the semiconductors designer can grow. Interim revenues wee 27% lower at £9.2m and there was a loss. Net cash was £10.7m at the end of September 2025. The interim dividend is unchanged at 5p/share. CML has received £4m of the £7m proceeds of the sale of land. There are no forecasts, but a better second half is expected, and this could enable a full year profit. A major £30m plus contract over 12 years has been won from a satellite systems company.
Telecoms testing instrumentation supplier Calnex Solutions (CLX) improved interim revenues despite the telecoms market remaining weak. Demand for datacentres and defence is providing growth opportunities. In the six months to September 2025, revenues were 9% higher at £8m. The loss was reduced from £1.3m to £1m. Telecoms is a minority contributor to revenues. Additional sales personnel have been hired to develop the other markets. Full year revenues are forecast to rise from £18.4m to £20.3m and the pre-tax profit will edge up to £700,000. That is before any recovery in the telecoms market, which probably will not happen until next year.
NWF (NWF) says its businesses have had a mixed first half performance. Heating oil volumes have been lower than normal and the winter increase in demand is not likely to make up for this. Commercial fuels demand has also been lower, and this is higher margin. This has led to pricing pressures as the company rolls out a new regional operating model. The food distribution and feeds businesses are doing well, with the former picking up new contracts.
Cloud-based digital media services provider Zoo Digital (ZOO) has significantly reduced its cost base and generated $549,000 in cash from operations in the six months to September 2025. Interim revenues fell 19% to $22.4m, but this was an increase on the second half revenues from last year. Zoo Digital has launched its Fast Track service that can provide a premium service for streaming programming that can turn around dubbing and subtitling in hours rather than days. Zoo Digital is still expected to report an underlying operating loss of $2m in 2025-26, but it will continue to generate cash from operations.
Transport software and services provider Tracsis (TRCS) says full year revenues improved from £81m to £81.9m, although like-for-like growth was 3%. Underlying pre-tax profit edged up to £10.2m. Recurring licence revenues were £23.2m. Net cash was £23.4m at the end of July 2025. The dividend was raised to 2.72p/share. The business has been reorganised and there were £2.4m of exceptional provisions with around £1m of the cash outflow expected next year. A major geointelligence contract has been won with DEFRA. This is worth up to £9m over ten years. Singer forecasts a 2025-26 pre-tax profit of £11.1m.
Eyewear supplier Inspecs (SPEC) says trading improved in October with order books 10% higher than one year ago. US tariff disruption will affect the timing of shipments. Full year revenues of £191m and EBITDA of £17.7m are expected. Safilo Group made an approach to Inspecs to acquire the Eschenbach and BoD businesses. It made two non-binding cash offers, and they we rejected by Inspecs.
Musical instruments retailer Gear4Music (G4M) has bounced back from a troubled couple of years. It is set for its best year since the Covid-boosted 2020-21. In the six months to September 2025, revenues jumped from £61.7m to £80.7m, while a loss of £1.25m was turned into a pre-tax profit of £2.72m. Gear4Music was helped by smaller rivals going out of business. This helped grow revenues and also enabled the retailer to pick up stock at attractive prices that boosted margins. Net debt was £16m at the end of September 2025 as cash generated was invested in stock. There is an upgrade to full year pre-tax profit from £5.5m to £6.7m.
Bigblu Broadband (BBB) is in talks with the buyer of Skymesh about the post-acquisition performance of the business and whether there is going to be any deferred consideration. Bigblu Broadband may have to compensate the buyer for debtors that have not been collected. Bigblu Broadband plans to ask for shareholder permission to leave AIM at a general meeting on 8 December. It could leave on 18 December. Management will seek to realise value form the remaining assets.
Floorcoverings distributor Likewise (LIKE) has reported 8.9% growth in revenues in the first ten months of the year. Zeus raised expectations for 2025 revenues, but the pre-tax profit forecast has been cut. Higher than expected cost increase have led to a one-quarter reduction in the 2025 pre-tax profit forecast to £3m. Capital investment will increase annual capacity to £250m.
Whisky supplier Artisanal Spirits Company (ART) has been hit by the US government shutdown, having already been hampered by tariffs. It is taking more than six weeks to gain approval from the US authorities for new product labels. This means that $3.2m of shipments will not clear customs this year. This will reduce EBITDA by £2m. The US strategy is being changed and the contract with the current distributor will end in March 2026. There will be a stock provision of more than £1.5m. Full year underlying revenues ae expected to be flat, excluding the one-offs.
Battery technology developer Ilika (IKA) says interim revenues will be £600,000 and are mainly from grants. Initial Stereax battery deliveries could be before the end of 2025 with commercial revenues possible in this financial year. The interims will be published on 22 January 2025.
Northern Bear (NTBR) interims exceeded expectations. The building services provider increased revenues from £37.6m to £49.4m, while pre-tax profit jumped from £1.54m to £4m. The pre-tax profit included a £1.3m one-off gain. Underlying full year pre-tax profit has been upgraded to £3.9m.
Empyrean Energy (EME) says Conrad Asia Energy has signed an agreement with PT Nations Natuna Barat for farming into the Mako gas field in the Duyung production sharing contract and the new partner will pay 100% of project development costs for a 75% non-operated participating interest in the Duyung PSC. The deal could be completed by the third quarter of 2026. Empyrean Energy is in dispute with Conrad Asia Energy about its interest in the Duyung PSC.
Industrial equipment distributor HC Slingsby (SLNG) is asking for shareholder approval to leave AIM. The shares are illiquid and the cost of being on AIM adds to the company’s loss, which was £237,000 in the nine months to September 2025. Net debt was £340,000. There is already support from shareholders owning 73.2% of the shares. HC Slingsby transferred from the Main Market to AIM on 24 May 2005. It has been on the London Stock Exchange for many decades. The cancellation could be on 23 December. No matched bargain facility is planned.
Defence consultancy RC Fornax (RCFX) raised £2.25m in a placing at 6p/share and raised £70,000 out of the £500,000 retail offer. The cash will fund development of the Procure X Marketplace to connect small companies with defence buyers and provide working capital. Directors and management are investing £156,800 in new shares. This includes Paul Reeves and Daniel Clark who raised £1m in the flotation back in February, when the company raised £5.2m at 32.5p/share. Cavendish has increased its 2025-26 forecast loss to £2m and expects a lower loss next year.
Great Western Mining Corporation (GWMO) has completed 6,158 feet of drilling at the West Huntoon copper project and the Rhyolite Dome prospect. This includes an extra hole at West Huntoon. Assay results are expected within eight weeks. Exploration is being accelerated at other sites.
Sabien Technology (SNT) says Korea-based partner City Oil Field has commissioned its first regenerated green oil production plant. The partnership is being progressed to a strategic agreement. Sabien Technology will acquire a 1.12% stake in City Oil Field for £600,000 in shares, and the UK sales agreement has been extended for ten years and will be expanded to other countries. There will also be a deal to sell products from the new plant. City Oil Field will own 15.9% of Sabien Technology.
Litigation finance provider Manolete Partners (MANO) says interim figures were hit by slower than expected revenues and cash generation, partly due to the lower average settlement values. There have also been delays in collecting money owed. Settlement values have increased in the second half, and it should be a stronger period. Even so, Canaccord Genuity has cut its 2025-26 pre-tax profit estimate from £2.8m to £1.5m.
Circulating tumour cells diagnostic device developer CellBxHealth (CLBX) has entered a non-exclusive deal with QIAGEN Manchester, which will offer the Parsortix platform to its pharmaceutical customers alongside its own molecular analysis tools. There could be joint development of products combining technologies.

US cybersecurity company Narf Industries (NARF) reported a 74% increase in interim revenues to $2.05m and the loss fell from $1.87m to $555,000. There was cash of $224,512 at the end of September 2025 and the chief executive loan has been extended.
Trading in New Frontier Minerals (NFM) shares has been halted on the ASX ahead of a fundraising. The company has entered a binding commercial framework with Metallium Ltd to create a “western heavy rare earth pathway for Harts Range raw ore that will target US magnetic and defence customers”. This is an exclusive processing contract lasting ten years. There are plans to produce concentrate samples for potential customers in 2026.
Nanoco (NANO) has agreed a $5m settlement with LG relating to the dispute over quantum dot technology. There have been $600,000 of costs incurred last year. An underlying pre-tax profit of £700,00 was reported for the year to July 2025. The cash position will be boosted to enable further investment in technology.
J Smart (SMJ) continues to lose money on construction activities, but revenues from investment properties and the valuation surplus rising from £994,000 to £5.82m, helped pre-tax profit rise from £2.37m to £5.11m. So, there was an overall loss before the valuation surplus. The total dividend is 3.25p/share.

Cross border e-commerce technology company Samarkand Group (SMK) reported a dip in revenues of 22% to £6.3m, with owned brands increasing their contribution by 14% to £4.1m. The loss has been reduced even before the £1.08m gain on the disposal of a brand. Net debt is £2m. The switch to focusing on owned brands will continue.
Wind-based hydrogen production technology developer Hydrogen Future Industries (HFI) says turbine testing has been delayed because of a fault in the control unit. Replacement parts should arrive by the end of the month. Schneider Electric is providing software to help analyse data for the feasibility study at Whitehall in Montana. Concept testing of the electrolyser continues, and efficiency is more than 97%. Neil Ritson has become executive chairman.
Unicorn Asset Management has taken a 5.42% stake in Equipmake (EQIP).
Pitch Pit has changed its name to Meme Vault (MEME) and will become an investment company focused on cryptocurrency and Web3 technologies. A new subsidiary will be set up in UAE. Chandila Fernando and Judith Hough will no longer be joining the board. The planned £500,000 placing is not taking place, but there will be an alternative fundraising.
DXS International (DXSP) chairman Bob Sutcliffe bought 35,000 shares at 1.3p each and he owns 1.8% of the healthcare IT developer. Earlier in the week, Hybridan published updated research and said that “management is focused on cashflow control until new NHS sales resume, when there could be significant revenue growth”. It argues that this is not reflected in the current share price.
Mendell Helium (MDH) has an option to acquire M3 Helium, which has acquired 85% interests in three further wells on the western side of the Hugoton gas field in Kansas. Two of the wells are in production and the third could be used as a water disposal well, which will reduce costs. No consideration is payable. The wells are breaking even.
Fenikso (FNK) has doubled its convertible loan to AIM-quoted Coro Energy (CORO) to £500,000. Tom Richardson, chairman of Fenikso is also a director of Coro Energy.
Ormonde Mining (ORM) investee company TRU Precious Metals, where it owns 36.3%, has announced results of copper exploration at the Golden Rose project in Newfoundland. Copper grades were up to 3.7% and some samples included zinc.
Jack Keyes has decided not to join the board of Oscillate (MUSH) as technical director. He is still undertaking hydrogen exploration work for the company.
ProBiotix Health (PBX) company secretary Mark Collingbourne has acquired 80,000 shares at 5.5p each.
AIM
Fabless silicon chip designer and manufacturer EnSilica (ENSI) slipped into loss in the year to May 2024, but there are already contracts in place for a bounce back to profit this year. EnSilica generates cash from operations, but it spent £6.1m on capitalised development. Chip supply generated flat revenues of £2.9m out of group revenues of £25.3m, up from £20.5m in the previous year. Chip supply revenues should start to build up from this year and that will sharply boost profitability. It can take two years or more for chip supply to begin and then production is built up to its peak, so there is built in growth for many years. Singer forecasts a 2024-25 pre-tax profit of £2.7m, doubling to £5.5m next year.
Membrane free electrolyser developer Clean Power Hydrogen (CPH2) has entered into a licence agreement with Lisheen H2 Energy Park, trading as Hidrigin, for the rights to manufacture MFE220 electrolyser units for its own use up to 2GW. This could be worth multi-million Euros. Hidrigin owns the 122MW Lisheen solar park and has funding for other developments. The licence fee will be payable in stages. Separately, there is a sale of a 1MW MFE220 electrolyser unit.
This week there was good news from professional services firm DSW Capital (DSW) with its trading statement following the acquisition earlier this week of DR Solicitors for £6.1m in cash and shares, which will reduce dependence on M&A. DR Solicitors has a client base of doctors, consultants and primary care providers. The latest annual pre-tax profit was £1.2m. The deal should be hugely earnings enhancing. Trading has been gradually improving in the first half. First half profit will be slightly lower at £100,000, but the full year pre-tax profit is expected to recover from £500,000 to £1.4m. A further jump to £2.5m is forecast for 2025-26. The interims will be published on 27 November.
Shell company Selkirk Group (SELK) raised £7.5m at 2.4p/share ahead of joining AIM this morning. The focus is undervalued consumer, technology and digital media businesses. Executive chair Iain McDonald says: “We have chosen to IPO on AIM because, despite the prevailing negative narrative, AIM is still a very attractive market for small, fast-growing companies”.
Electronics and battery products supplier Solid State (SOLI) had a tough first half but it says trading is in line with expectations in the first half and the second half should be better. Interim pre-tax profit has slumped from £7.3m to £2.5m. The components market has returned to normal, and first half revenues declined. Political uncertainty has hampered defence system orders. Last year’s defence revenues were exceptionally strong due to early deliveries, and a decline was expected. That is why full year underlying pre-tax profit is set to fall from £15.6m to £10.1m.
Hummingbird Resources (HUM) has announced a debt restructuring and possible bid. Delays in ramping up production at Kouroussa have strained the balance sheet and $30m of debt repayments have been deferred. Net debt was $155m at the end of September 2024, while trade and other payables were $152m. Nioko Resources, which owns 41% of the gold miner, is proposing a partial debt-to-equity conversion at 2.6777p/share, which would take its stake to 71.8%, and potential bid and cancelation of the AIM quotation. Geoff Eyre has been appointed interim chief executive.
Feedback (FDBK) raised £6.1m at 20p/share, which was a massive discount to the previous market price, which fell to 19.5p. This includes £530,000 raised via a WRAP retail offer of up to £1m. The cash will finance the rolling out of the Bleepa medical imaging communications product and take advantage of a collaboration with a provider of primary care IT services that will use Bleepa to streamline referrals between primary care, Community Diagnostic Centres and community care. The nominal value of shares will be reduced to 1p.
Futura Medical (FUM) has completed two proof of concept studies on new products for the treatment of sexual dysfunction in men and women. Eroxon Intense is a range extension for the existing Eroxon topical product for erectile dysfunction. This provides a stronger sensation. A preferred formulation will be tested next year and regulatory approval is expected by the end of 2025. WSD4000 is a topical treatment for women that treats symptoms such as lack of desire and lubrication. The next stage is a home user study, and results are expected in the first quarter of 2025. A pre-submission meeting with the FDA has happened and there will be another to help design a clinical study. There are discussions with potential partners.
Broadband services provider Bigblu Broadband (BBB) admits that it is in discussions with alternative investment manager Salter Brothers on a possible sale of the SkyMesh subsidiary. The transaction is subject to final terms and financing. This would be the latest asset disposal for Bigblu Broadband.
CleanTech Lithium (CTL) says that the pre-feasibility study for the Laguna Verde project has been delayed until the first quarter of 2025. Additional engineering work is required due to the location of the carbonation plant in Copiapo. An option for onsite renewable power will also be included. Lithium carbonate should be produced from the pilot plant in November.
Digital media publisher Digitalbox (DBOX) has added to its portfolio of digital media brands by acquiring the entertainment business of GRV Media. The assets are CelebrityTidbit.com, RealityTidbit.com and TheFocus.news. They generated revenues of less than £800,000 and they fit with Entertainment Daily and The Tab.
Synergia Energy (SYN) has raised £632,500 at 0.05p/share. There has also been the conversion of £296,000 of loans and £83,000 of fees into shares. The shares come with a warrant exercisable at 0.1p each. This provides funding for the Medway Hub Camelot carbon capture and storage joint venture with Harbour Energy. Synergia Energy wants to farm out up to 25% of the project. There should be a significant increase in production at the Cambay PSC, where a farm out of a 50% interest to Selan Exploration has been completed, from the second quarter of next year.
Kodal Minerals (KOD) joint venture partner Hainan Mining says that the $15m owed to the Mali government should be paid by Kodal Minerals and not the joint venture that owns the Bougouni lithium project. Kodal Minerals disagrees.
Optimer binders developer Aptamer Group (APTA) continues to win new contracts and it has added contracts worth up to £471,000 in the third quarter. This is work from a number of clients and many are repeat customers. Some of the existing customers are reaching a point where they are considering long-term licences. Booked revenues have reached £1.2m for 2024-25. The potential pipeline has increased to £4m.
MAIN MARKET
Cybersecurity company Narf Industries (NARF) says 2024-25 revenues should be at least $5m and they could rise to $8m in the following year. In the 15 months to March 2024, revenues were $7.6m. The dip in revenues is due to a switch in focus to commercial sales rather than the dependence on government funded development, as well as delays in US funding. Thereby building recurring revenues.
Foams manufacturer Zotefoams (ZTF) revenues are accelerating with third quarter growth of 54% and year to date improvement of 23%. Footwear sales are fuelling this growth, helped by the Olympics boosting Nike demand, but other parts of the business are also growing. Operational efficiency is increasing margins.

Samarkand (SMK) says revenues will be slightly lower than expected – with a decrease of up to 4% – but the ecommerce services provider’s EBITDA will be halved in line with expectations. Owned brands generated 46% of revenues with the decline coming in third party brands. Samarkand has acquired Optimised Energies, which has brands Natures Greatest Secret and BeNatural, for £600,000 in cash and deferred consideration of £700,000. The acquired company made EBITDA of £300,000 last year. Executive directors have lent £400,000 to the company for fund the acquisition.
Aquis-quoted Phoenix Digital Assets (PNIX) is proposing a tender offer of up to £33.7m at a share price of 5.39p/share. That covers up to 57.9% of the current share capital. The tender price is equivalent to the current NAV since the recovery in Bitcoin and adjusted for potential tax. The tender offer is open until 13 June. The company has available cash of £40.6m. Phoenix Digital Assets also has 17.4 million shares in Flex Labs Inc (FLEX) after it acquired AI software company IO+ PTE, for 110 million shares in total. Supernova Digital Assets received 771,930 shares in Flex Labs.
Brewer Adnams (ADB) improved 2023 sales 3% to £66.3m, but the pre-tax loss increased from £2.3m to £4m. Net debt was £15.9m at the end of 2023 and there is still some headroom in the loan facility despite the review of how to finance the long-term future of the company. Off trade volumes were 14% higher. First quarter group sales were 11% ahead. Cost pressures are easing.
Flow battery technology developer Invinity Energy Systems (IES) raised £56m at 23p/share via a placing with £25m committed by the UK Infrastructure Bank and £3m from Korean Investment Partners. The open offer raised an additional £1.38m out of the £6.6m of shares that were on offer.
Arbuthnot Banking (ARBB) says trading is in line with expectations, although loan growth has been minimal. Specialist lending has been growing faster.
Metals One (MET1) has terminated the farm-in agreement with Gunsynd (GUN).
SuperSeed Capital (WWW) reduced the outflow from operating activities from £306,000 to £144,000. The NAV of the fund of funds company improved from 97.31p/share to 113.33p/share. That was helped by an unrealised gain of £297,000.
Paul Ryan has sold his 3.9% stake in Mortgage Chat (MCAI). Non-exec CP Freeman bought 500 shares in Hydro Hotel, Eastbourne (HYDP) at 948p each.
AIM
Telecoms testing equipment supplier Calnex Solutions (CLX) reported 2023-24 revenues two-fifths lower at £16.3m and it fell into loss. The final dividend was maintained at 0.62p/share. The telecoms market remains subdued, and Calnex Solutions is moving into new markets, such as defence. The distribution agreement with Spirent ends in July, but management is advanced with its plans to replace this source of income. Net cash declined to £11.9m because of higher inventory levels and capitalised R&D. A return to profit is expected this year and the cash level should be maintained.
Automotive interior components supplier CT Automotive (CTA) returned to profit in 2023, while net debt was reduced to $3.8m. Liberum expects underlying pre-tax profit to improve from $8.3m to $10.2m in 2024, even though revenues are forecast to decline. Improved efficiency is helping to boost margins. The Mexico factory is operating at 50% of capacity so there should be further improvement as this figure increases.
Bigblu Broadband (BBB) has sold its Nordic operations to management – including Bigblu Broadband chief executive Andrew Walwyn who is stepping down – at an enterprise value of £1.3m. There could be contingent consideration. Finance director Frank Waters becomes chief executive. The disposal leaves operations in Australia, which could be sold or floated on the ASX, and a stake in Quickline. Cavendish forecasts a 2023-24 pre-tax profit of £3m.
Coatings company Hardide (HDD) has appointed Matt Hamblin as the new chief executive, who has been a non-exec and previously ran a similar coatings business. The interim figures had been flagged. The pre-tax loss increased to £960,000. Lower depreciation means that the full year loss will not be as high as originally thought and it could be similar to the interim loss. Hardide has been EBITDA positive for the past two months. There is cash of £700,000 in the bank.
Another strong trading statement from Kinovo (KINO) with profit and cash ahead of expectations. The property services provider says 2023-24 revenues were £64.1m and net cash is £400,000The pre-tax profit estimate has been raised from £5.8m to £6.1m. Next year’s profit forecast has been raised from £6.3m to £6.6m. Most of the costs relating to the guarantee for DCB have been paid.
Energy and water efficiency services provider Eneraqua Technologies (ETP) reported 2023-24 results in line with the trading statement earlier in the year. The business moved from a pre-tax profit of £10.1m to a £6m loss because local government contracts were delayed. Cost savings have been put in place and additional work has been won so Eneraqua Technologies could move back into profit this year. A change of government could lead to additional incentives for energy saving projects.
Education software and services provider Tribal Group (TRB) has finally reached a settlement with Nanyang Technological University. This dispute has been hanging over the business for years. Tribal Group will pay £3.1m over 18 months. A further exceptional charge for the dispute will be taken in the first half of 2024.
MRI device developer Polarean Imaging (POLX) launched a heavily discounted placing, subscription and open offer. The placing and subscription raised £8m at 1p/share with £2m of that invested by NUKEM Isotopes and £1.6m by Bracco – both existing investors. Up to £2m could be raised from an open offer. The cash is being used to accelerate commercialisation of the XENOVIEW technology and further development.
Pennant International (PEN) has raised £1.51m at 25p/share. The training and software products supplier is trading in line with expectations, but order conversion has been slower than anticipated. The cash will fund the development and integrations of software products.
Watkin Jones (WJG) returned to profit in the first half to March 2024. The student accommodation and rental property developer generated an improvement in revenues from £153.9m to £175.1m. There is no dividend as cash is conserved. Borrowings have been reduced and net cash is £44m.
B90 Holdings (B90), which provides online marketing services to the gaming sector, says Oddsen.nu, an affiliate that is part of the group, has secured fixed listing fee marketing agreements that will generate income of €200,000 during 2024. There could be additional income on top of this based on marketing performance.
Scientific instruments manufacturer Judges Scientific (JDG) says that there is unlikely to be a material revenues contribution from coring contracts at the Geotek subsidiary. The potential contract is unlikely to commence until near to the end of 2024 and then make a significant contribution in 2025. Trading is subdued against tough comparators. WH Ireland still expects a full year pre-tax profit of £33.8m, although that assumes a stronger second half.
Secure payments company PCI-Pal (PCIP) has been successful in the Court of Appeal for the unfounded case brought by Sycurio against its patents. This means that £1.1m of cash should be released from escrow. The finding upheld the original court judgment. PCI-Pal will seeking further costs. The full ruling will become available in a few days.
Piling contractor Van Elle (VANL) expects 2023-24 revenues to be £140m, which is a like-for-like reduction of 12%. Last November, Rock & Alluvium was acquired, and its volumes are 30% higher than pre-acquisition. Housing and infrastructure sectors are expected to recover and a move into energy transmission will help the overall improvement for the business. The order book was worth £36.8m at the end of March 2024. Net cash is £5.5m.
Healthcare communications technology developer Feedback (FDBK) says delays in the NHS procurement process means that 2023-24 revenues will be lower than expected at £1.2m. Management hopes that the contracts will be secured in 2024-25. There was still £4.3m in the bank at the end of April 2024.
Chamberlin (CMH) has been placed in administration. Coal miner Bens Creek (BEN) has also gone into administration.
Victorian Plumbing (VIC) has acquired rival Victoria Plum for £22.5m. The business had been in administration and costs are already being reduced, so it should break even in the second half.
MAIN MARKET
James Gundy, chief executive of shipbroker Braemar (BMS), bought 6,600 shares at 290.5p/share following the full year results. Pre-tax profit fell from £18m to £14.6m on maintained revenues. The total dividend was raised from 12p/share to 13p/share. The new financial year started with an order book of $82.6m.
Power products supplier XP Power (XPP) received an indicative bid approach at £19.50/share. XP Power has rejected the proposal by Nasdaq-listed Advanced Energy Industries.
Admiral Acquisition (ADMR) has agreed to buy critical asset integrity and testing services provider Acuren for $1.85bn from American Securities. The business generates EBITDA of $190m.
Associated British Engineering (ASBE) had net assets of £391,000 at the end of March 2024, including cash of £419,000.

Rutherford Healthcare (RUTH) says a UK investor has agreed to acquire 19 million shares at 65p each. That will raise £12.35m. Rutherford is also issuing 64 million shares to acquire UAE-based Proton Partners International Health Care Investments, which owns the Gulf International Cancer Center in Abu Dhabi.
Capital for Colleagues (CFCP) has made a new investment in Craft Prospect, a Glasgow-based satellite engineering business. There will be £800,000 invested in ordinary shares for a 11.3% stake. The cash will be used for recruitment and product development.
VSA Capital Group plans to join the Aquis Stock Exchange on 9 September. It was previously quoted on AIM, although it cancelled the quotation in April 2013. London-based VSA provides corporate finance and broking services and has an office in Shanghai. In the year to March 2021, the main subsidiary VSA Capital increased revenues from £2.14m to £2.98m and pre-tax profit jumped from £278,000 to £746,000. Group net assets were £4m at the end of March 2021.
Polygon Global Partners has increased its bid for Watchstone Group (WTG) to 38p a share, up from 34p a share, which values the company at £17.5m. Watchstone still believes the bid is too low. In the middle of August 2021, there was £14.1m in the bank and £1.8m in escrow. There are potential litigation claims on top of that.
KR1 (KR1) has participated in the Moonriver (MOVR) crowdloan and Kusama (KSM) parachain auction. KR1 contributed 5,000 KSM to the crowdloan auction. In return KR1 has received 19,666,35 MOVR and will receive a further 45,888.15 over 48 weeks. KR1 has already sold 15,643.19 MOVR in return for 5,162.25 KSM. KR1 also invested $500,000 in return for Exponent (XPN) tokens. Exponent is an open source platform.
In the year to December 2020, MiLOC Group Ltd (ML.P) increased revenues from HK$15.4m to $20.5m and it moved from loss to a profit of HK$6.22m. The healthcare company sharply reduced its distribution costs and other admin expenses. This reflected the termination of an endorsement agreement and a write-back of a previous over provision for fees.
First half revenues of Yooma Wellness Inc (YOOM) were $2.78m, with $2.18m generated in the second quarter. The interim loss was $5.5m.
Wishbone Gold (WSBN) has identified seven targets at the Cottesloe project in Western Australia.
Eight Capital Partners (ECP) has launched an issue of €25m 4.8% five-year bonds that will be listed on the Vienna Stock Exchange. They will help to refinance existing bonds.
Evrima (EVA) is raising £720,000 at 5p a share plus warrants to subscribe for shares at 10p each. This will finance investments in existing investee companies and new investments.
Vulcan Industries (VULC) has raised a further £163,000 at 1.7003p a share.
AIM
Capital equipment manufacturer Mpac (MPAC) had a strong first half with a combination of acquisitive and organic growth in the Americas. Revenues were one-fifth higher at £44.2m, with organic growth of 2%. Pre-tax profit was 88% higher at £4.7m. Net cash was £10.3m at the end of June 2021. Healthcare and food have been the main markets for the company’s packaging and automation equipment, but a new contract has been signed to supply battery cell assembly equipment. The full year pre-tax profit forecast has been upgraded to £8.2m.
Bigblu Broadband (BBB) is returning £26m to shareholders following the recent disposal of Quickline. That will be 45p a share in cash via the issue of B shares by October. There should still be net cash of £1.7m at the ned of November 2021 with deferred consideration due next year. Interim revenues from continuing operations improved from £10.6m to £13.1m. Growth is coming from Australasia, but the Nordic region is expected to return to growth next year.
Mercia Asset Management (MERC) has made a £1.6m direct investment in Locate Bio, which had previously been backed by the manager’s funds. Locate Bio’s products help to accelerate the repair of bone and cartilage. The total of £10m raised by the company will be used to support trials of its technology.
Pennant International (PEN) says interim revenues improved by 17% thanks to a strong performance by the software division. The three-year contracted order book has fallen to £25m, but there are potential contracts in the pipeline. Pennant should return to profit this year.
Interim revenues have trebled to £820,000 at in-game digital advertising firm Bidstack (BIDS), but there is still a long way to go before it reaches profitability. Losses will continue in 2021 and 2022, although there is enough cash in the bank to cover these, following a £10.8m fundraising.
Trading at Manchester-based Northcoders (CODE) has been strong since the software training company joined AIM during the summer. Applications are 162% of 2019 levels and there is 90% revenue visibility for 2021. There are plans to open a new office in Birmingham.
Real-time financial data software provider Arcontech (ARC) reported flat full year revenues and pre-tax profit of £3m and £1.1m respectively. Even so, the dividend was raised by 10% to 2.75p a share.
Bangladesh Bank has approved the acquisition of a majority stake in Sanofi Bangladesh by Beximco Pharmaceuticals (BXP).

Innovaderma (IDP) has completed its product portfolio review and medical device products have been classed as non-core. Packaging of core personal care products has been refreshed and they are available via Amazon. There are plans to use influencers to build sales.
Dealings have commenced in Caracal Gold (GCAT) following its acquisition of Kilmapesa gold mine. There are plans to increase production to 50,000 ounces of gold each year.
One Heritage Group (OHG) has become aware of financial issues with owned associate company One Heritage Maintenance, where it owns the equivalent of a 34% stake. The stake was valued at £285,000.
