Pointing to an impressive recovery in mining stocks in last couple of months, Green said rally in heavyweight stocks like Anglo American (AAL), Rio Tinto (RIO), and BHP Billiton (BLT) were also igniting small miners. Regarding Brexit, Green said markets could continue to rise regardless of the vote and added that he does not see a major sell-off even if Britons vote in favor of Brexit.
