CEO Interview: Listing on NASDAQ First North to boost acquisition trail for Cognosec AB
The cyber security market is likely to grow from $77 billion in 2016, to $170 billion by 2017, according to Forbes. In an aim to continue growing with the market, Kobus Paulsen, Non-Executive Chairman & Founder of Cognosec AB, joined Alan Green on the Tip TV Finance Show to discuss their intention of being listed on Nasdaq First North and continuing their acquisitions.
Paulsen outlined that businesses on the internet are now facing new challenges to security, with 24-hour risk. With the cyber security market growing ever larger, he noted that is important to be certified around the world so you can cover a great range of businesses. In terms of Cognosec AB, Paulsen highlighted that they have acquired different firms to form part of the solution, and they now have 8 different products. As well as this, he commented on the profitability of the company, and the organic growth of more than 40% per year.
