Advanced Oncotherapy (AIM: AVO), the developer of next-generation proton therapy systems for cancer treatment, announces that yesterday, Dr Enrico Vanni purchased 100,000 Ordinary Shares of 25 pence in the Company at a price of 27.5 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following this transaction, Dr Vanni now holds 1,023,946 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.40% of the issued share capital of 73,016,500 Ordinary Shares as at 12 April 2017.
